The Connect Inn Hotel

I had a terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. The bathroom was far from clean, with visible grime and uncleaned surfaces. The fan in the room was covered in thick dust, which was really off-putting. The shower didn’t work properly, and there was no bucket provided, which made it even more inconvenient. The room itself wasn’t cleaned during my entire stay, which is completely unacceptable. To top it off, there was a serious mosquito issue that made it difficult to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They provided untidy blankets, did not get service for the money they paid (1,400) and did not even give a bottle of water, those were the days that will never be remembered. There is nothing good to say except that the room is close to town, ടിവിയിൽ ഏഷ്യാനെറ്റ് ന്യൂസ് മാത്രം ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ...🙏🙏🙏🙏😓😓

I recently stayed at Connect Inn Hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Upon checking into my room, I noticed that the blankets were not clean. After bringing this to the staff's attention, they did change my room, which I appreciated. However, the new room had issues of its own—the air conditioning was not functioning well, making my stay uncomfortable

Room is good but Don't go to this hotel waste of money there is no taps and buckets for bathing you have to bath only with head shower and the water from shower comes like a small kid's toilet drops u need 20 to 30 mins to complete your bath under this shower..

Gone were the days we would never like to remember, we were given dirty blankets and the staff were rude. We came out of the room very upset and when we told them that you gave us a bad experience, they looked at us with a scornful smile on their faces. I am writing such a review thinking that no one should have this experience again because I have been there.

Very bad customer service and all the Waiters are dumb Chicken biriyani full and half have same quantity and different Price Not Worth.. Don't go to this hotel

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. While the rooms were small, which was manageable, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed and blankets were stained with what appeared to be blood and bodily fluids, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. Despite charging average prices for room rent, it was evident that little to no effort was made to maintain cleanliness. Overall, a disappointing and unsanitary experience.

Location is the only plus point considering its near to bus stand. So don't book! Most of the rooms ACs are non functional. The fans were creating lots of noise, worst part it felt like it's gonna fall. The room we got allotted was small, single bed with weird bathroom and worse part was it smelled cigerettes. So we changed the room, bit spacious room and bathroom, there AC wasn't working. I was told that it will work, never worked and we waited for 2 hrs to check. Later changed to smaller room, there was no water and when it was there then no pressure through taps. It's good property but management have ignored lots of things and could be well managed. I won't recommend it to anyone though the staff did whatever he could sense the stars. 1 star location 2 star staff at reception
