Malabar escapes

My mum and I came here for two nights and it was wonderful! The room is really lovely, well maintained and very comfortable and the staff were all really nice and polite and accommodating. When we arrived they organised the two massages very quickly for us at short notice and were very lovely. ||We ate in the restaurant for lunch and dinner and the food is excellent. ||All the staff were amazing, we really couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you!

Lovely boutique hotel with exquisite artworks and attention to aesthetics. Seriously good food, beautifully presented. Great location - walkable to restaurants and shops and along the promenade. The only thing that let the hotel down was the dirty towels on the sun loungers by the pool. Even when asked for clean towels they simply brushed away the debris rather than changing the towels on which previous sweaty guests had lain. We were surprised and disappointed that they were not more alert to the need for clean towels in a hotel of this standard.

Just returned from 2 wonderful weeks in India. Our first warm welcome in Malabar House set the tone for a great first visit to India. Great location in Fort Kochi. Warm welcome. Great room. Lovely facilities. Good food. Thank you to Vinesh, AnnMarie and Jomy for your care and attention to detail, and to all the other staff that made it such a wonderful experience.

This was our first hotel on a two week tour of Kerala and what a fantastic start. We arrived early morning to a lovely welcome and the room was ready for us which was most appreciated after a long overnight flight.||Staff, room, facilities and food all excellent. Would recommend the restaurant for at least one dinner.||Hotel is in a great location to explore Cochin.

An beautiful hotel. Very comfortable beds and lovely bedroom. We enjoyed the menus and food was great. Great choice for dinner and breakfast. The staff were warm, very helpful, professional, attentive but not intrusive and friendly. |We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Terrific location that's in walking distance to key sights. Super friendly staff (Jomy in particular). Room 17 has two cute balconies. Breakfast was included and the pancakes were delicious. Also great in-house ayurvedic massage, which was quite the experience.

A lovely hotel. Staff super, very welcoming and friendly with a special mention to Ann-Marie- lovely lady on reception. Food was terrific, the chef really knows his food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. |Thank you for the lovely place to stay.

It's an interesting hotel with how the rooms are set up. Staff are friendly and they always put in effort to help when asked. ||Breakfast options are a little limited but will suffice if you are not expecting an international buffet. ||Room is comfortable with great bed and pillows.
