Located near the fort Cochin water metro. The room was very spacious and clean. The only problem faced was breakfast was served only bread and omelette.

Lovely place. Buildings very charming. Very clean. Simple but good breakfast. Rooms are a bit outdated but very nice and big anyway. Good Service. I would always come back.

Excellent hotel. Well appointed large rooms and comfortable beds. Staff especially the lovely receptionist were very helpful. Good breakfast and restaurant menu. Aircon worked well. The pool and gardens were well maintained. With in walking distance of local tourist spots.

The hotel is 4 star hotel with swimming pool and big rooms. It has a nice restaurant and bar. Complimentary breakfast is very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect too as it is close to the shops, beaches and sea. What I liked most are the art pieces , furnitures and the selection of plants which gives hotel a unique look and a unique experience for me.

This hotel has an excellent location a stone's throw from all of Fort Kochi's sightseeing, restaurants and right next to the ferry pier. The off-set garden gives you a blissful serenity off the main road and bustle and bustle. The restaurant has a very limited number of choices, and the breakfast is very limited past 9am (but we opted for ordering Masala omelettes, which were yummy). The bougainvilleas nicely frame the balconies set around the pool and courtyard and it feels very colonial and authentic in its architecture. The hotel is secured with CCTV and guards and all the staff are very accommodating and friendly. There is a bar next door, but it isn't noisy in the evening and there are plenty of tuk-tuks outside to take you around Fort Kochi and Mantancherry for the day. The rooms are massive and offer all your basic needs.|Overall, a very pleasant stay!!

This is a great hotel in a good location in Old Kochi. It is near to a variety of eating places and a tourist market and within walking distance of some key attractions. The hotel has comfortable, well furnished rooms with complimentary water. Breakfast has a range of dishes, some Indian and some continental dishes. The staff are friendly and courteous and keen to make the stay a good one. We had some problems with our air con and the staff responded quickly and moved us to a different room.

A really lovely hotel. Lovely food. Clean pool. Huge room. Big breakfast and lovely staff. Good value for money. The rooms weren’t spotless but they were more than serviceable. The grounds were well looked after and there was a lot of birdsong. Close walk to a beach and minutes from the ferry.
