Fort House Hotel

Stopped in for a light lunch and massages. The food was awesome. The massages were great. I have had many massages, this one was unique. The grounds are wonderfully cared for. You will enjoy the Hotel. Next time we will need to stay.

We arrived and were greeted by the staff. Check in was easy and the rooms were clean with good air con. The highlight was the restaurant. The food, service and views were all amazing. I had the crab special and it was so delicious. The restaurant manager gave recommendations and made sure everything was OK. 10/10.

First stop on our recent South Indian holiday . This is a gorgeous hotel where we were made very welcome and recovered from the flight for three nights. |Charming and helpful staff who gave useful suggestions about what to see and do including kathakali dancing and martial arts show.|Delicious restaurant with great view of the container port and the busy harbour traffic- more gripping than that sounds and constantly changing !|Really good seafood as you would hope watching the colourful fishing boats that come in and out all the time.|Ayurvedic treatments available on site and the massage was very relaxing. |Sit and watch the passing scene from the colonnade outside the rooms, wander in the delightful garden and then pop out into the hustle and bustle of Cochi. It's so central.|Rooms simple and comfortable with nice bathrooms.|Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We had a birthday dîner. We arrived at the right moment (7.30pm), not crowdy as in the neighbour restaurant. We got the front table to the sea. Not the most romantic view, but it was ok. We ordered a seafood platter, and a beef speciality, it was delicious and the service was on level compared to other places. Just one recommandation. If you serve crabe to Europeans, please give the appropriate table cuttlery as well a as a bowl of water to rince the fingers. But we spent a perfect evening, thanks

Best food in Kochi, we tried their Kudampuli fish curry and sea food soup. It was bliss. On top of that the location is amazing. You can enjoy sumptuous food while watching ships moving from one end to the another. It was like some Pink Floyd song from early 70s.

Beautiful, aesthetically pleasing property with an old-school charm! Spacious rooms, well-decorated verandah. The waterside restaurant has fabulous views of Kochi harbour. The hotel staff were courteous, the food was lovely too. Fort House is a heritage hotel in its truest sense!

Went with my grandmom and mother and family friends for a evening to chill. Ended up eating there, the food was good and everything was fine till I noticed a piece of the cooking pot (bakelite) handle in the veg stew. Nice of them to comp the stew!

A quaint place with a shipping dock view, and amazing food. Their mango fish curry and appam are a must try. Don't miss the Kerala pancakes with ice cream as a dessert. Overall great food, with great view but a bit slow service and waiters can be a bit attentive
