Phil's Residency

Location is very good. Approach roads were good. Room were very spacious. Lack of maintainance is the main issue. No adequate staffs to support guests. Continuous electrical issues. Had to change room at late night, due to electrical issues. Inbetween Water issues in toilet. It is better to take uber or local taxi than taking the service from hotel. When the kettle is oned, the electricity trips. Drinking water were provided after asking mulriple times.

Room was not clean and well maintained, no staff for assistance, The biggest issue was the air conditioner, it was just the fan inside the unit that was working, no maintenance came to check, very bad experience

These reviews are based on my stay in Phil residency from 26th Dec 023 to 1st Jan 024. Phil residency Pathetic. I will Never 👎 go there even if it was the last available accommodation. Facility: poor maintenance. Thick layer of dust every where. No cleaning/ making beds/ change of sheets. Accumulated dust and spiders webs under the bed. Tv without set top box Live red ants 🐜 freely moving on bed 🛌 Toilet seat loose/ broken. Faucet not working No intercoms/ emergency bell in case of emergency STAFF: rude, arrogant, unprofessional and greedy. Still anyone wants to stay at Phil residency ?? God bless you

An excellent home stay at Fort Kochi! All the staffs were very hospitable. WiFi available at the property was great! The property has been maintained well too. Highly recommended! Overall our stay was very pleasant with absolutely nothing to complain of. Will definitely revisit:)

We arrived and the host looked at us like we were lost. He asked if we booked a room. And yes we did. He said that it was fully booked and no rooms left. But I already paid for the booking. So suddenly there was another room free. In not sure but I didn't feel welcome at this place. Also there some fungas at the wallsee picture.

We stumbled upon this hotel by pure luck but boy, we are so happy we did! From the first moment we entered, Ravi, the hotel menager, went out of his way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. And the rooms are great. It's not really a room, but an apartment with comfortable kitchen, living room and a bedroom. All are spacious and very clean and pleasant. After a few months in India, we learn to expect the unexpected, but not this time. It was by fat, better then we hoped for. It was a most pleasant four day stay and we were sad to leave.|We hope to visit this wonderful place again and we sure will recommand it to any of our friends visiting Kuchi.|Thank you Ravi and team for making our stay so wonderful!!

I stayed for 7 days. The room was spacious and clean, as was the rest of the hotel.staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent housekeeper, room cleaning was first class.The hotel is very well located and was easy to find.I also was impressed with how friendly the staff were in helping me arrange some sightseeing and providing general guidance.easy wifi access.hotel has a lift which is also neat and clean.Great service at the front desk. Great hotel location and price - with excellent service staff.
