Pepper Route | Hotel in Fort Kochi

Location is good. Major issue- Security 😡😡😡 Hotel given next room to bachelors , midnight drunken bachelors disturb family rooms , particularly they knock our kids (Duaghter) room , is very disturbing, one can imagine it. Unable rest well due to security concern. I can’t recommend hotel for family stay. Service is poor, no hot water shower , even we ask for it. No change? Even hot water Kettle for Tea not working. No telephone at room , usually service desk unattended. We need to struggle.

Visited during Christmas. It is located in the heart of fort kochi. Close to everything. Place was quite safe. Rooms are basic, clean but need some maintenance. It was a good stay during the peak season. Mr. Ramesh is extremely helpful and a good host.

The hotel is decent. Rooms could do better but the major drawback was the availability of kitchen service. The host is centrally located which is its biggest plus point. The host are also very nice and welcomed us with drinks and cake. The affordable price of the hotel is also plus point. It is located in Fort Kochi which is the place to be in Kochi. Hence if you are looking for affordable stays then this is the place to be.

the stay was good..rooms were basic but clean..AC was fixed at 25 degrees... somehow the remote did not lower the temperature. location is the best thing..very close to the beach and eateries. service could be improved.

I recently booked this hotel for a one night stay and I have to admit that the location is superb.. walking distance from most of visiting spots. You get the stay at a very reasonable price. The stay is comfortable and the staff is really helpful and guided us. The kitchen was not functional but you get a lot of food options nearby and we had an amazing time eating at an eatery called Fusion Bay

Thank you Pepper Route for the great service . I had an amazing stay at Pepper Route. Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Mr.Ramesh, the owner of Pepper Route was there and he helped us to get to know more about the location. The breakfast was perfect. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Abad pepper route is a pleasant place to stay. I booked this hotel through a 3rd party app. The place is very close to the fort kochi fishing nets and allows you to enjoy fort kochi and it's various goodies. Staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is not easily seen from the main road but the staff sure made up for it by calling us in advance and helping us reach there. The entry gate and gardens are well maintained and have a welcoming feel to it. Even though I checked in at late night the staff were readily available to ensure smooth check in. The rooms are pretty basic but clean and good value for the prices they charge. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are so many restaurants in the vicinity that the absence of a restaurant here will hardly bother you. The breakfast on offer is of continental style. There is free parking facility for the car in case you drive there. The payment, check in and check out were very smooth thanks to the caretaker present in the hotel. The facilities in the rooms were exactly as promised with the air conditioners, hot water supply etc. The rooms however do not offer a view of fort kochi at all.

The worst place we ever checked in.. and we moved to another place nearby immediately. All the three rooms we booked weren’t ready for check in. The linens and pillows were covered with fungus. Fans were covered with several layers of dust. Pathetic bathrooms. We got this vibe the moment we entered the building itself. Could smell fungus all around. Owner gave excuses that they clean immediately after check out and leave the room as it is till it is booked by another unfortunate soul and the conversation heated up when I asked them to change the linen and to clean the fans and we can wait .. he claimed he have enough staff to clean. He even insisted us to look out for another option. To sum up, this is a pathetic place to stay.
