🙏🏻Guys. Pls do read my genuine experience ,happened on (12/7/22) Worst experience ever. Owner(Nazar) is so irresponsible. They took money from us without showing room and room is terribly unhygienic.No basic facilities.Television, Air conditioner not working.Even washroom door can't be closed. Bed is so dirty and in poor condition. They took 900 rs from us didn't refund a single rupee.This place is harmful for our health and wealth.We don't even refer this disgusting hotel to our enemies.Please don't go there guys🙏🏻

The worst place that I have ever stayed in. Dirty , cringy , vibe killer filled with mosquito, stains , spider webs, layers of dust , no hot water and no wifi unhygienic and waste of money in any sense possible . On top of that they are charging over 1500/- night. Disgusting and a disappointment on such a heritage landmark of a famous Indian singer

Only good thing about the hotel is the location, it's nearest to all attractions in Fort Kochi. And the staffs are ok. I stayed there with my family and one year daughter. Book the room only if you know how to handle the mosquito's, luckily we have mosquito repellents and liquid. The rooms were not clean and linens are dirty. AC is working and set to a fixed temperature and remote is complaint. TV is only for a show and not getting a single channel.You can find a lot of lizards and ants. The restaurant is not working and broken. It gives you a horror feeling in nights like a ghost banglaw in 3rd floor with no other guests. If you are booking with friend then you'll get a vibe there. But with family I'll not recommend this

We booked 2 rooms yesterday and they have asked us to pay more than the usual rate. Room was pathetic. All the Furnitures/fittings are in bad condition. A smell was also there. only positive side is it is near to beach. Better Avoid guys...

Fraud setup. They list in all the travel websites and when we get there, they deny check-in and demand more money. You can find hundreds of reviews about this property with the same concern. I hardly see and fraud hospitality business in Kerala. A Shame to all good hotels in fort Cochin. They are misusing the name of yesudas. He should take legal action against them. The property is maintained in its worst form. A total rubble and Unhygienic setup. Not a place for families to stay. Better avoid and many good hotels and home stays are available nearby.

Two days back we booked 2 rooms, when we saw the photos in website it was attractive. Midnight we checked in at 1.30 am, were there is no parking facilities and there was one staff who was present in the reception. As we entered the reception it was stinking and the person who were available in the reception told us that we are upgrading the room where you will be accommodated in deluxe room, As we were going to enter the room the person started spraying the room fresher all over and their toilets were we stinking badly then a public toilet. First we entered and saw there we a cockroach’s and insects, and when we went and complained he took us to the other room there were a leech on the beds and blanketworm. This was the worst hotel we were experienced so I request everyone not to take this hotel and cause a health issue by your own

I want to share my recent experience with booking and stay at House of Yesudas, Fort Kochi. I was traveling from Wayanad and reached Cochin early. Amongst the few shortlisted properties, i decided to book House of Yesudas seeing good number of ratings it had. When I reached the property early, the owner denied me entry saying that he has no bookings, even when we had booking confirmation from Goibibo. Then, he started asking that how much did the online booking had cost me, how much discount was given on the property. Eventually, he said that the price that I had booked at was too low, and he cannot give the room at that rate. I repeatedly told him that I have a confirmed booking at the property. Also asked if he has issues with my early check-in, i can come at 11 am too which was the scheduled check-In time. Let alone giving me an early check-in, he denied my confirmed booking and disconnected the call. I spoke with customer care from Oyo( since this was an OYO property) as well as Goibibo. They both tried their best but couldn't convince the owner. The closest alternative they gave me was 10km away from this place which i was not willing to take. And this was my first time in the city so i wasn't sure of the place and language barrier to add to it. I again tried to make a request to owner to help us, and was even ready to pay a little more for early check-in. But he denied and said that because of my call to customer care, he will be charged INR750 penalty. I told him that I'm too tired to go elsewhere and requested him again to help me. Instead of helping, he took advantage of the situation and said that if i want a stay there, i will have to pay 750 to him, and NOT cancel the existing booking. After negotiating and requesting, i finally gave in and made the payment of 750 after which he gave us entry. I thought of letting this go, but I did come across a recent review of this property that had shared similar incident and i want you guys take a strict action against this property and it's manager so that no other traveller would face this inconvenience.

Pathetic Stay. Nice property but not maintained. Booking was confirmed and paid in advance, still they were confused to allocate a room. Hotel is full with mosquitoes and in room you will get cockroaches also. Oyo metioned, that they have power backup and gyser, which is fake. They dont have. TV is there in room. But without set top box. Only one thing i found was good is staff behaviour. Mr. Rizwan in front office is a gentle staff.
