Hotel White Rose

We had a comfortable stay here with very welcoming hosts. The hotel is clean and very convenient for the sights of Cochin. Great value for money. When we arrived it was quite late and pouring with rain, so it was lovely to be greeted with smiling faces.

Very bad experience. 👎 Overall, my experience was utterly disappointing. The lack of cleanliness anduncomfortable bed. They charged 70 rupees for one mineral water bottle. Customer service was another area where white rose fell short. The staff at the front desk seemed disinterested and unhelpful, showing a lack of professionalism and hospitality. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority for the hotel staff. The carpets were stained and dirty, and the overall state of the room left much to be desired.

I had an extremely negative experience. In general, my stay was incredibly dissatisfying. The cleanliness was lacking, and the bed was uncomfortable. I was charged an exorbitant amount of 70 rupees for a single bottle of mineral water. The customer service at the White Rose hotel was also disappointing. The front desk staff appeared disengaged and unhelpful, displaying a lack of professionalism and hospitality. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority for the hotel staff, as the carpets were stained and dirty, and the overall condition of the room was far from satisfactory. It's not a suitable stay for families. If you are leading a reputed life better not to choose this stay. No facilities for parking also. Toilets are stained and one cannot even think of to enter the toilet. If you open wash basin tap the entire water will flow off to you because of the broken outlet pipe (Room 305). Room was full of mosquitos and dusty. The painting of the walls is in a condition of peeling as of no maintenance. Blankets are not washed properly and have a dirty smell. When I woke up in morning not even a single drop of water was coming in water tap. So l had to go ground floor from third floor to request for water. No lift facilities are there. Room rent is according to the customers. You can bargain on the rent. I got AC room for Rs.1000 and some of the guests told that they got it for Rs. 750. Even after the check out they were calling demanding some extra cash. They didn't give any cash bill even on my request. They are charging rent from customers including GST and doing malpractice on government taxes. I have decided to raise a complaint on this regard. If you are giving priority to the lowest rent and not on the quality stay it's a better option. Otherwise please don't choose this stay.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my stay at the White Rose hotel. Overall, it was highly unsatisfactory. The level of cleanliness was subpar, and the bed was uncomfortable. They are charging four times of MRP for bottle water. The customer service at the hotel was also disappointing. The staff at the front desk seemed disinterested and unhelpful, lacking professionalism and hospitality. The cleanliness was not a priority for the hotel staff. Carpets were stained and dirty, and the room itself was far from satisfactory. It is not suitable for families, and there are no parking facilities available. The toilets were stained and unusable. The room was infested with mosquitoes and covered in dust. The walls were peeling due to lack of maintenance, and the blankets had not been properly cleaned, emitting an unpleasant odor. Frequently the water tank gets empty and we have to wait for water. No lift facilities available. The room rates vary according to the customers, ranging from Rs. 750 to 1200 for AC rooms. Bargaining is possible. But they will demand for extra cash for everything you wanted even for soap, tooth paste etc. that too four times of MRP. No cash bill will be provided, though they are charging the amount including of GST. If you prioritize low cost over quality accommodation, it may be a suitable option; otherwise, I advise against choosing this hotel.

Old property the furniture needs to be renovated. The bathroom was stained with water. Water dripping from the ac, and no proper blanket was available. The location is very good close to mejority of the tourist destination.

Clean comfortable room. Very kind and helpful staff. I checked in at 1 am and they had my room ready. Location near some nice restaurants, including a ******* one.

Excellent Stay Viewed through MMT, it's giving a pleasent stay experience at there. Staffs are very friendly and good ambience. Arranged vehicle for Jews Town and other places. Nearby many shops are there, bus stand and ferry station is there for Vypin and Cherayai beach links. Very good veg restaurants are there. And, Enjoyed our vacation as well. Worthy for staying.
