ATS Willingdon Hotel

This hotel poses itself as a 3 star but I don't feel it's worth it. The only good thing about it is the location. The rooms are not well maintained. Seepage in the rooms invites lots of mosquitoes. Their restaurant doesn't have appropriate exhaust, the spices flow through the air to your rooms, making you cough. They don't have lift and enough support staff to help you with the luggage. The staff just denies refilling your bottles with drinking water and insists on purchasing it -- which 3 star hotel does that? Overall, I would suggest to opt for another hotel instead of going for this one unless you're getting a really good deal.

This is a great place to stay on a budget. The rooms, restaurant and premises were neat. Food was delicious. Parking available in plenty. They were also kind enough to extend our stay for sometime on our request.

Hotel rooms and service are good.food also was nice.Bathrooms are neat and tidy.Not much to explore near by.Backwater is very near by this hotel but not very tourist friendly.Fortkochi,Mattancherri are near by arround 5 to 10 km.There are so many eateries arround this location.

Not a good experience staying here. Telephone was not working AC had some issues TV was not working I couldn't get hot water for bathing Poor service The cupboard was full of white fungus, it was not cleaned and it was smelling badly in the room.

Great coordination from the team especially Rakesh who took my call and made my reservation easier. And the hospitality of Nirmal and Nithin was really great and those where so kind and helpful❤.

Had one of the worst experiences with this hotel First when i went and saw the room the sink ceramic was broken, but i was like okay managable Then the intercom wasnt working i had to go back to the reception and take down the number There was an ink stain on my bedsheet I dont know how often they clean the bed and the blankets, i slept there for a night and got itchyness on my full body Even one day before my checkout the receptionist lady called me asking me to check out without seeing that i had to check out the next day. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly tho The beds arent very comfortable the blankets are very rough. Telling you this hotel isnt worth it at all They also wont provide an extra soap if you ask all you get is a soap and a shampoo Dont go for it

Really happy with the stay.....I would like to share you about the nice experience I had in Ats willingdon hotel.... Staff are nice and courteous Room are well maintained with clean bedsheet Amenities provided soap,shampoo,tea and coffee kettle Wifi facility available This hotel have restaurant facility which provide breakfast and other food. I came to stay here with my family and went to lakshadweep from here.this hotel is very close to lakshadweep port. Over all my experience was very good and I would recommend to all.....
