Had an amazing stay at the place. It is conveniently located near to beach and popular eateries (Bombay hotel, Kuttichira Biriyani Centre, Paragon, Rahmath, SM street). Neat room with responsive staff. Complementary breakfast was varied, delicious and filling. The only downside is the noise due to vehicle and people at night from the street may cause disturbance to sleep.

Very decent and clean rooms. Stayed a day after a quick booking. Hygiene present.car parking is limited but the location of the hotel is best as it has most of the places at a walking distance. My room didn't have sufficient cooling, but I was okay as I just needed to crash after a full day of exploring Kozhikode. If staying visit the beach nearby, stroll around, go to mittai theruvu(local market) and then end with a dinner at Paragon.

Well maintained property with perseverance of heritage. Walkable distance from Calicut beach.. Staff was very courteous, especially Mr. Adarsh at front desk was very helpful, and informative. Room service was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Very limited space for car parking, however we didn't have any issues, as the staff managed it well. Overall we had a pleasant and memorable stay. Thanks, the entire team!

Well-maintained property in a prime location, rooms are optimally sized and maintains quality. Staff is extremely courteous and our breakfast options were quite delectable. Only limitation would be given the size.of the property , it has limited parking slots.. having said that the staff managed it quite well for us, so no complaints.

A super rare find at this price point. My room was clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, with full working amenities. The front staff were super courteous, friendly, professional, and helped me with all my needs (including helping me book a train ticket). And the location was unbeatable, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Absolutely fantastic stay
