Hotel Sandra Palace Thekkady

We booked our stay in advance through a tour agent, and the package included breakfast. The hotel is neatly maintained and clean, providing a pleasant experience. The service was good, and the staff was attentive. However, the pricing felt a bit high, especially for non-AC rooms. Despite that, the overall experience was comfortable, and the cleanliness and service stood out. A decent option for a stay in Thekkady.

Good location. Very clean rooms, good food. A bit noisy in the hallway with other guests. Friendly staff would stay agin. Loved that shop nearby. Loved the cultural dance evening. A good place to stay. Near market church bell ringing prayers were great.

Superb Veg and Non Veg Thali meals. All items was superb but Beef fry was too good. I went with my family of 9 Members. Good seating capacity, baby chair available.

A nice place to stay at the centre of Kumily town. Perfect to venture out. The rooms are very spacious and clean with glass windows. I had a group of foreign tourists stay here and they were completely satisfied with the service and the rooms.

Excellent staff specially Ms Lata . Very courteous staff. Right within the market you cannot miss this place .Decent rooms and good food. It's a standalone place and obviously since in the market area bit much of a view. However they make it up with the cosy stay. Good place to be with Family.

We have stayed here for two days.... The room was very clean especially toilet.. Surroundings also neat n very comfort.. Very good services provided by the staff... Food was also tasty n yummy... Thanks to the entire team of Sandra Palace... Best wishes n keep going..

Rooms are not good at all....its smell... Don't know what is that... Food is good.. We are on MAP rate and dinner is included in our room, we ask them for plain lassi they given us but charged extra for that...There is no dental kit provided... . Room is not at all similar as hotel website shows... In morning time at 5 a sound started every 15min as its alarm... I came from shimla himachal pradesh.. But will not recommend this hotel. If we talk about food... The taste is good... The staff is polite too...

I had visited thekkady on 1st week of October 2024. Stayed one night in Sandra Palace. The location of this property is in prime location. Market is adjacent to the property. Rooms are spacious and very neat and clean. Room service is very quick. Restaurant is also there. Wonderful and tasty food. Reception person is very polite and gentle.
