Excellent place✨, phenomenal service😍.... Food service arranged by them was even excellent👌 They guided us the best place to buy spices in thekkady 💯 Even spices shops🛍️🛒 are at walking 🚶distance from the hotel so it's was pretty convenient for us.... NEENU MA'AM💫 at the reception she was very polite✨, sweet😊 and very friendly🙂 and comforting staff......

1. Ours was a crooked room in a corner, somehow combined such that to accommodate 2 beds for 4 people. 2. We arrived late at night around 10.30 and in heavy rain, after a long travel and NONE came to help us even with our luggage 3. No intercom, dirty doormats room/ balcony , smelly and dirty washroom, nothing was cleaned despite us informing about our arrival about 3 hours earlier. 4. There was not even sufficient waterbottle in the room , just one 1/2 litre bottle, for 4 people, the 1st day. 5. There were 4 plug points in the room and all were not working, when enquired they just accept it saying yes and do nothing. 6. The beds and tables were so weirdly placed to accommodate in the crooked room, but which completely blocked off the plug point. Even the washroom was so dirty and small. 7. The housekeeping attendant had to be called personally by us despite language issues, physically we had to go searching for the attendant and the receptionist multiple times for every small request. And even after that, our room was NOT ONCE CLEANED COMPLETELY especially the washroom, during our 3 days of staying. 8. On the whole, there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AS ROOM SERVICE, even for smallest of things we had to go looking for the office person to get waterbottles, towels etc 9. Only Good points- Location was good Wifi was good Bed was good OVERALL QUITE BAD EXPERIENCE

I would really appreciate it for cleanliness and hygiene of this resort first. Great rooms. Also u can get good views to Thekkady. There are also two balconies in one room. And at the top of of the building there a great rooms with great views. Also direct access to all tourism activities of Thekkady like boating, jungle safari etc...

The hotel is located in a prime area. Most of the major sightseeing places are at a walkable distance from here. Many good restaurants and shops are available close by. Walkable distance from the bus stand as well. Parking facility is also available. The rent was reasonable. We stayed in an AC room as it was peak summer then. The room was very spacious, clean and maintained well. It had TV with Malayalam and Tamil channels mostly. Overall it was a pleasant stay for us. Would be easier to stay and visit places.
