Rooms are very below average, linens and pillow covers are stained, when asked to change they gave another stained one, no hot water available, the place smells and too much nuisance. The only good thing is the location that's right next to the bus stand

Worst experience. Water heater, TV are not working. No cleanliness at all. Cigarette pieces are there in the room. Actually Waste of money.

The worst stay I ever made. No cleaning service - No intercom - Not working TV - Not working Water heater - No room boy - No dustbin cleaning - No door mate - NO WATER. Waste of money 1,100 per day. Only advantage is the location. Its 200 meter away from the Bus stand.

Waste of money. No hot water. Mice available. No cleanliness. Bedsheets are smelly. No tv service. Useless.

Very very bad experience staff no at all customer centric. Very dirty place when asked to change bedsheet and clean bathroom one boy in the reception said this is what they provide for people booking online. Very worst atitude. I wont give one star also.

Rooms are spacious and good. But they provided only one single blanket for two adults. On asking, they explained that they provide only one single blanket for one double bed. So night sleep was not good. In the night no water in bathrooms even for toilet. In the morning, after a lot of arguments, they released water at 6.15 am. Bathrooms were also not clean. Overall it was not a good experience.

nice people with caring mentality nice food great ambiance clean room good service loving staffs completely suites with a budget travelers pocket. We booked a Nest room through Clear Trip, Nest room is basically a deluxe room which has all normal modern hotel facilities. Place is bit out of town but with proper directions easily accessible, service was good
