The experience was awesome at this property. Room was neat &clean, elephant camp and periyar tiger reserve are near to this hotel. The behaviour of the manager Mr. Rajesh was so good. He helped us to reach the attractive tourist spots near by and gets the tickets.

Good and very helpful service, When we stayed at the restaurant, they took excellent care of our safety, especially since we were a group of ladies. The hotel manager, Rajesh Narayan, ensured we were comfortable and secure throughout our stay. He calmly assisted us and even recommended many nearby attractions. The hotel’s central location was ideal, with all essential facilities conveniently close by.

We stayed for a night in the hotel. Nothing was working in the room. No internet, No TV. They switched on TV when we told them. Water was not hot for bath. Reception no was not working. Only good thing was owner was too polite. Moreover while checking out, the servant told me to lift the bags and bring down. Didn't like the service at all.

Rooms located in the heart of town with famous elephant safari, Periyar tiger reserve entry, rose park etc are located nearby...very good supportive staff, neat and cleaned rooms with inbuilt restaurant... special mention must be made to Shri Rajesh for his outstanding hospitality and humbleness... wishing to meet next time..

If you are looking for a budget friendly and tourist attractions nearby to the hotel, blindly go for this. Manager and staffs are so friendly and they helped us in arranging jeep safari and plantation info and so on..

Decided to go to Thekkady for vacation, had no plans whatsoever on what to see/look for there except what we could find in the internet. Mr Rajesh, the hotel manager was kind enough to explain/provide us with a plan and get us rides and travel routes to various places. It was a one day stay only, but I was really satisfied with the time spent here with my family. We squeezed out all the places that we could visit during the stay. The rooms were neat and clean, the staffs were kind and helpful, even at 5AM.. My only regret was not deciding on a longer vacation.
