Woodnote Thekkady

We enjoyed our stay in Thekkady. We enjoyed beautiful scenery in periyar national park. We enjoyed shows of kathakali and marital arts. We had amazing experience of elephant ride. Our stay at hotel Woodnote was excellent| Staff is courteous, helpful. Food was extremely delicious. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice and clean food also nice. We had a very memorable stay ! The food was excellent and the staff were very hospitable! The location is fantastic! A child friendly environment! The bathroom was the very good clean highlight of the stay! The route is very safe! Overall we had a great weekend

Disappointing Experience at Woodnote Hotel I recently had the misfortune of staying at Woodnote Hotel, and my experience was overwhelmingly negative. Unwelcoming Reception: From the moment I arrived, the receptionist's rudeness set the tone for my stay. Their demeanor was unprofessional, and they seemed put off by my presence. No warm welcome, no smile - just a curt, impersonal check-in process. Adequate Room, Lacking Amenities: The room was merely okay, but the lack of basic toiletries was staggering. You have to request every essential item at the reception, which feels like a cost-cutting measure. It's inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel comparing to the rent they are charging. pathetic Dining Experience: The food was atrocious - bland, uninspired, and overpriced. The variety was limited, with hardly any options to choose from. The restaurant staff shared the same unwelcoming attitude as the receptionist, making mealtime a chore. Avoid Woodnote Hotel: Unless significant improvements are made, I would strongly advise against staying here. The staff's poor attitude, combined with substandard amenities and dining, makes for a frustrating and unenjoyable stay.

Beautiful property. A must visit. Awesome climate. Rooms are elegant. Food was delicious, breakfast fantastic, great variety. Good service. Staff are also good and accomodating. Kerala is called Gods Own Country and one must visit this country to experience the nature and beauty of this place.

Rooms are small but decent. The head staff is very helpful and cooperative. Food is authentic and great. Special credits to sir Rajan for making our stay more memorable and comfortable, his service and hospitality was very heart warming and appreciable.

was a pleasant stayin woodnote.., I loved the candle light dinner arrangement.the cane taken by each staff at restaurant to make me comfortable. I would like to mention that they went on extra mile by suggesting their best dishes. Which I loved the most.|Swimming pool is enjoyable and spa too.|Would like to visit again.

Rooms are neat and clean. They arranged an off-road Jeep Safari was a wonderful experience... Need to improve food quality and it is not worth the money... Food options also very less.... But room is worth for money and it's reasonable...

Rooms were reasonable quality with some mould in the bathroom. Service was okay but nothing to shout about. The coffee shop seemed closed the whole time we were there, the pool was almost impossible to find and the listed gym was closed. The location is a little out of the main town but you can get everywhere in a 5-10 minute walk. Breakfast provided was okay but limited options available on some days.
