Hotel PepperVine Thekkady

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, my stay was enjoyable. The room amenities were well-maintained, and the size of the room was spacious, contributing to a comfortable experience. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited. While there were a few South Indian dishes available, I would have appreciated a broader selection to cater to different tastes. Thank you for your hospitality. I hope to see improvements in the breakfast variety on my next visit.

As part of our Indian Experience Tour our group has spent 2 nights at the Peppervine Hotel. Beth friendly helpful Staff. Rooms are quite large with T.V,Fridge & usual drinks. Bathroom is good with a big shower. Great food and very good Team in the open airy dining area. Our group was extremely well looked after by Vipindas(Vipin) & nothing was any trouble.

The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering both local specialties and international options. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect – close to major attractions and easily accessible.

We enjoyed our stay at Peppermints. The rooms are very spacious and the food at the restaurant was amazing and well prepared. The restaurant captain (Vipin) was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Vipin is one of the best restaurant manager here, he knows his stuff very well. Always going extra mile to make customer happy. hotel staff always on their toe to support guest to make them comfortable despite of hotel under renovation.

Fabulous welcoming, relaxing place to stay. The best restaurant service ever, particular mention for Ripon in the restaurant who looked after our every need so well particularly when I was unwell and he especially made me delicious ginger tea. He’s the best! Thank you so much for your attentive care Ripon!

The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience.
