Hospitality is the important part of this resort and that was fantastic. food was delicious and healthy and hygiene. Enjoyed every little thing bonfire 🔥, dance was awesome. Rooms were specious and clean and you'll get the best view site of entire valley from this resort. Strongly recommend must visit. Such a beautiful place.

We recently had a wonderful stay here and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Traveling with our 5-month-old baby, we were initially a bit concerned about how comfortable it would be, but the hotel staff made everything so easy and relaxing for us. The room was immaculately clean, good wooden furniture and the view from balcony wad fabulous. the housekeeping team was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Room service was excellent — the staff were prompt and always friendly, and the food was delicious. Overall, our stay was memorable, and we are grateful for the warm hospitality. We highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the included breakfast had a fantastic variety, from fresh fruits to hot dishes. The location was convenient, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend for a comfortable and luxurious experience!

We recently stayed at Grand Valley Resort in Munnar and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are truly beautiful, and we had the pleasure of staying in a hut, which was both comfortable and pleasant. The view from the room was absolutely amazing, adding a magical touch to our stay. The food was really tasty, and the staff’s behavior was excellent. The swimming pool was very neat and clean, making it a great place to relax. Special thanks to the GM, Rockey, for your exceptional hospitality. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend this resort.

Beautiful views , good buffet for lunch and dinner and great hospitality. Perfectly safe for solo female travelers. Stayed in a hut which had stunning views from the balcony . The music and campfire at night was the icing on the cake. Would love to stay there again. Nice little play area with swings. The pocket road to the property is very steep and vehicles coming from the opposite direction can make it challenging to drive up.
