Muthubhai the caretaker at this property is a very nice person with great people and communication skills with a big smile on his face always. The hotel is also very good and facilities are upto the mark and on time. We really enjoyed our two days stay at the hotel and cherished the moments. It is in the main city and hence connectivity is also good. Hope you all enjoy the stay there

If you're on a budget and are looking for a place close to Munnar town, then this is it. Felt like a home away from our home. Muthu the manager took care of us and our travel extremely well, his hospitality is on an other level, small things he does which means a lot and leaves a great impression of the service. The rooms are spacious and clean, beddings were good, and so was the view. We'll be back the next time we visit munnar. Till then Muthu and Swiss Garden Inn will be a great memory we'll hold on to.

The owner asked for more money than the finalised amount while checking out and paying the remaining amount . The rooms are filthy . They stink and you can't even walk barefoot on the room's floor . The bedsheet had stains all over

The hotel denied check-in as it was booked at a cheaper price he asked to cancel the booking and pay the double amount than the booking amount in cash. Worst behavior and I had no option left to book another nearby hotel. Do not book this hotel. *Unprofessional behaviour they are using the brand name of OYO and denying the Online check-in. There are good and cheaper hotels then this near by

The hotel is very good, room's are neat and clean and staff is also very supportive and humble. I recommend all of my known people when you have planning to visit munnar also visit this place to stay.
