Really neat and elegant rooms with ambient lights and wooden finishes. Rooms cost around 1k to 1.5k (with balcony), which is affordable in that area. Toilets are neatly kept. Near to hotel and bakery, without much traffic noise (occasional bus or car sounds passing by). Water they serve are not sealed though. They have a library and reading room, if you're interested.

I did not stay here however, I really needed wifi for five mins and stopped into 6 local business cafes/tourist information/hotels - no one helped. This hotel saved the day and welcomed me into reception offered a drink and WIFI access.

I selected a room on the 2nd floor for 1500/- per night. Pros -Near to munnar town and KSRTC depot -Near to pothanmedu view point (Approx 3km) -Good rooms available in the range of 1000 to 1500rs - has reading area and library Reason for giving 2 stars - Rooms were not properly cleaned, there was so much dust which was uncomfortable - had 2 spider webs with spiders in clear sight, one on the lamp situated above the bed and the other one was on the window. - The blanket was so dusty that I sneezed a lot. Asked for a replacement blanket and received one with stain marks and tears all around, it was so dirty that I showed it to the staff, they replied stating that all the blankets are in laundry and no replacement is available - got 2 bedsheets insted of the blanket and had to sleep by using the bedsheet as a blanket which did not work in keeping the cold out. Hence could not sleep properly at night - Hot water was not available, even though there are hot and cold water taps in the shower - The landphone provided in the bedroom to contact the reception was not working. - No ceiling fan available. - Mineral bottles provided in the bedroom was not sealed. - complained the authorities about the blanket issue during checkout but no proper justification was provided by them, nor did they seem concerned about this issue. In short, Even though the rooms are good, they should give importance to cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. No one would like to pay 1500/-rs for a night to get a dusty room with visible spider webs and sleep without a blanket. Sneezed a lot through the night due to the dust - worst experience I ever had

One of the best hotel for family stay. Very spacey and comfortable rates. Very good for family stay.
