New Gate Inn

Family trip of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids of 9y and 5y. All were able to sleep in the single bed provided, which was the ultimate plus about the stay. Towels, blankets and pillows were adequate for all. Soap and Shampoo were also present. Moisturizer was provided on request. Water and Kettle was also present. Parking is very less, as its near the centre. Hardly 2 vehicles can be parked and for me they helped me to park in right in front of the hotel. So parking is a concern here. There is a small water fall behind the hotel and we can hear the sound of that, which gives a good feeling. The surrounding area to the room are not clean, which is another approach that needs action from hotel management. I made the room booking via makemytrip for 1 day since i was not sure if all of us could stay there comfortably. So I made a call post booking and then I got a verbal confirmation to extend the stay. Unfortunately the management could block the room and so had to find my own ways to find alternate location. The most valuable part with this stay is the hotel all in all boy Mr Yethu, he was so helpful and a great person.

Worst Service. Have Booked Online and and due to Car Breakdown had to cancel booking(we are still stuck inbetween). Requested for partial refund atleast but the hotel refused for anything.worst service.
