I recently stayed at Jayss Inn during my trip to Munnar, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The property is strategically located near many of Munnar’s most popular tourist attractions, making it an ideal base for sightseeing and adventure. Whether you're planning to visit Echo Point, Top Station, or enjoy a scenic drive through tea plantations, everything is just a short distance away. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The customer support was commendable. The staff were polite, responsive, and always ready to assist with any queries or needs. If you're looking for a budget-friendly accommodation that doesn’t compromise on cleanliness, location, or service, I strongly recommend Jayss Inn. The location is definitely the highlight, offering easy access to the beauty and charm of Munnar without stretching your budget.

Located Centrally with all amenities close by. The private bus stand is at stones throw distance ,but the ksrtc bus terminal is two km away from here. The view is so beautiful from the rooms. Complementary water bottle is there but there is no lift.

I would like to share my experience during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant one. • The reception staff and other hotel members were not polite or helpful. • The room was unhygienic, and the blankets had a very bad odor. • Overall, the service was poor, and the rooms smelled unpleasant.

Good hotel. Rooms are clean. Need to maintain bathrooms, taps are leaking, no stool for taking bath. Hot water supply is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, cooperative.

The worst hotel in Munnar. Bad smell, tv is not working, bathroom is dirty, staffs are arrogant. Fan is there for name sake. No table. Mirror is damaged. Maintenance is very very poor. Worth for 500rs only. But charging 2500 Rs. Horrible experience
