I just visited Maximumnar, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

We recently had lunch at this restaurant and were quite disappointed with the experience. The biryani was not good, and the other items we ordered were of average quality. Additionally, the staff's attitude was poor. They were not polite and refused to admit their mistakes when there was an error on the bill.

Stayed 3 times with family - recommended best in town - awesome experience - stunning balcony view specially early morning - Prabhul Sir and Team is outstanding in all levels - family crowd - good food - clean and tidy .

I only had lunch there. Food was okay but service was too bad. They didn't admit their mistake of bill's corruption, instead said us they can't edit the bill..

We recently went on a family trip to Munnar and stayed in this resort for two nights. Rooms were very nice and the resort is well maintained. Service was excellent and staffs were very polite and hospitable. We had breakfast, dinner and lunch at the resort and the food was great. Overall we had pleasant stay.

Yesterday we went to Munnar and our lunch was from Maxi Munnar T&U Leisure Hotel.....Excellent environment, friendly service, delicious food...... Each and everything is arranged in a perfect manner..... Very nice experience.... Highly recommended for lunch on your Munnar trip

Last week on 19th December we had lunch with my family. First impression when we see the table mats was negative as it was dirty.. After taking food from the hotel, 4 out of 8 got hospitalised due to food poisoning. These 4 had Hydrabadi Paneer.Really bad.
