Tea Garden Riverside

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Tea Garden Riverside. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy all the local attractions. A special mention goes to the hotel manager, Mr. Anand, whose hospitality was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting guests with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. The staff as a whole were courteous and professional, and the facilities were well-maintained and clean. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. We had a very pleasant stay here. Mr. Anand, manager of the property was really a very kind and helpful person. He suggested us very good place where we can enjoy with our 2 yrs old kid. I will surely revisit same property in future.

Best hotel at this price. Each and every possible facilities are provided in this cozy hotel like kettle, dryer, heater, laundry and even bicycles. Room is little small but in this price it is really good The only drawback it has no kitchen but location is superb .. there is market only 2 min walk.

I was here during my stay in Munnar. The rooms are very clean and you have also the possibility to cook water and make a coffee and tea in your room. The staff is very friendly and always at hand if you need something. I wanted to see Munnar and the guy at the receipt helped me to plan a tour. The hotel-taxi-driver Pravaen Kumar showed me a lot of things in Munnar at an affordable rate. He also stopped and explained a lot of things to me when I wanted further details. Unfortunately on the last day I got stomach problems and had to stay one day longer. This was no problem. The hotel-boss also got me into contact with a doctor and got me the medicals I need ed from the drug store! He also arranged me a taxi-drive directly to the airport in Cochi as I was not able to drive back with the bus to a very good rate! Very helpful man as the rest of the staff and the taxi driver! If I will come to Munnar again, I will definitely stay here again. Absolute recommendation!

Room and washroom are very clean. Both the manager & his assistant are so friendly with a smiling face. This is located in the town place of Munnar and within a walkable distance to the hotel, auto, bus stand etc....

Hotel manager and his assistant are so friendly and helped us to find the good places for site seeing. This place is located in the town place of munnar walkable distance.They have the good cab service. Highly recommend 😊
