Celestial Inn

no elevator was there, we had tough time while climbing and no information was available. Room was highly priced with very less facilities. Staff was very co-operative and kind. I called the owner several time as his only mobile number was available on booking . He could not answer my emergency call during power failure and my room lock got defective and was not opening from inside. after a long time hotel staff helped . For staff 5 star rating, for owner 1 star rating, for facility 3 star rating

The rooms were extremely good. The view from the room was awesome. The staff was extremely kind and co-operative. Mr.Douglas welcomed us heartily and explained each and every thing about the hotel. Food was extremely good and tasty

Simply Wow... I enjoyed the stay. The service was awesome. they gave the best service that they can. Very neat and grand rooms. This is the second time I used stayed here. Decent cost and comfort stay.

We stayed at Celestial Inn for three nights. On our second morning we found out that a rat was in our room. It was running around in the night in our room and eating our food. We got another room after complaining to the staff. They would not give us any discount even though we had a rat in our room. When we asked to speak to the owner we were told that he would come later in the day, but didn’t, and he “didn’t answer the phone” when they called him. Also, there were no hot water even though there was supposed to be. |I cannot recommend this place

Rooms are good service is bad. No hot water, if electricity gone it takes 5-10min to get generator on. Tea quality is Damm bad don't order it.

Do not book through OYO. No hot water, No towles, no OYO shower kits. Service is casual. Wanted to stay for two days but cancelled for 2nd Day.
