Lift not available. You have to use stairs. Difficult for Senior Citizens. Location on height with steep rise way difficult to climb even for youngsters. Many indirect charges which you will be not informed earlier. They will charge in your bill at the time of leaving hotel. Be careful before booking. Our group suffered.

Much better than the Skylark holidays chinnakanal. Rooms are neat and clean. Suitable for family. Staff is also very much helpful. But restaurant is not that clean it is in basement and need to work on that rest is good.

Munnar is a lovely place..however this hotel is not at all organized..the bedsheets are stained, dirty, No toiletries are provided, food is below average and behavior of staff is not so friendly..This place is not maintained at all ..Very poor stay place.

I had a very bad experience staying this hotel. Guest behavior is not good. Roo. Service is 45% good. Even as a tourist place, there is not hot water in the bathroom. The room rent is high price with out any facilities that you get in a hotel room.dont go to this hotel

1. The rooms are not same as photos posted 2. Dirty rooms, hairs on bedsheet, 3. They doesn't solve any problem if you complain. 4. Cost is much more higher then room quality 5. Food quality is worst then you can expect 6. They just give you rice without boiling. 7. Forgets to put salt, masala. 8. Chicken is hard as stone. 9. Bedbug is highly expected. 10. Hot water isn't available always.

Honestly the rooms were good but the Breakfast and the lunch was bad I would not suggest this hotel to anyone
