Hotel Sayana Grand

Tonight i had a really pathetic experience from this please, I and my friend went to this place for the first time and our intention was to visit the beer parlour, we dressed appropriately and was in well behaviour. However since we are going there the first time, we misunderstood the location of the bar and pressed the elevator button which is beside the road, ground floor. At that time, and employee (a bald guy) rushed towards us and with furious anger and audacious tone, he shouted at us and told us that the bar is downstairs. A Lady was standing infront of the Bar the whole time, and even she felt uncomfortable of his behaviour. I am a very respectable person in the neighborhood, this behaviour was an insult for me and we left that place with disappointment and insult left inside. As a prominent Business Consultant and Analyst, i suggest, Please Don't appoint such ignorant people if you want good growth in business. This behaviour was really insulting. And i will never ever visit that place. Also the bar is very congested and tiny, the entrance is not very comfortable because of the incomplete work.
