My stay at FabHotel Reem Kochi was extremely disappointing. The hotel advertised many facilities on the FabHotels app that were simply not available during my visit. Here are the issues I encountered: • Missing Amenities: There was no kitchen or in-house dining, no breakfast facility, and the rooms were not clean. Daily housekeeping was absent, and there were no clean linens, towels, or even basic items like toilet paper. Additionally, the property lacked essential safety features such as a lift, fire extinguisher, and proper fire exit. Only local TV channels were available, and there was no hot water. • Poor Maintenance: Despite the building being described as “renewed,” the floors and stairs were dirty. The walls showed signs of water leakage and had noticeable dirty spots, the door was rusted, and the windows were filthy. • Misleading Information: The information provided to guests was misleading. The hotel is located farther from the city center than stated, making it necessary to book a cab to reach the airport. There is no proper lighting from the main road to the hotel, which creates an unsafe environment. • Location and Utilities: The property is situated in a farm area and lacks backup electricity service, further reducing comfort and convenience. • Unprofessional Behavior: The hotel owner was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout my stay, which only added to my negative experience. His unprofessional behavior left me feeling that my health and safety were not a priority. • Limited Appeal: Overall, the hotel seems to cater only to couples for short stays and does not offer the comprehensive facilities or service quality that were promised. I cannot recommend FabHotel Reem Kochi. The misleading information, poor maintenance, and unprofessional behavior of the owner make it a complete waste of money and a potential risk to your well-being.

I have chosen many hotels through different online platforms while traveling in entire South india since last 12 years. This is the worst and pathetic hotel in my experience. The wash room and WC is looks someone is used before our arrival. Towels will not be provided unless we ask for it.Provided towels seems 'wasroom wiping dusters' !!! .As per my complaint to the staff for rectifying the TV which is not working; the staff had came to see and told me he will rectify this but till our check out the TV was not functioned. The water is not available during night. I waited at the reception to find a person to report this but no one is available during night.They have provided the Wi-Fi but it is not worked till our checkout.The hot water is also not available. Very poor service!!!.No lift in this hotel; should carry heavy bags by ourselves to top floors. For 1700/-, Excellent service oriented hotels are available nearby but unfortunately I booked this hotel as a last option;fallen to this since all the good hotels are full already.I don't know how this worst hotel listed in Booking.com and makemytrip etc. Whenever I come to Kochin airport, I used to stay hotel Anna residency ; One of the budget hotel of same tariff of Reem hotel, is far better than this.

Very Bad experience, room was untidy . Staffs are not even responding . Owner is also arrangant that he is paying for us . Such a bad experience. Not coming back anymore. A/c was not working. Washroom flush was not there. Linen was not clean .

Pathetic service, not provided the amenities mentioned. Checked-in on the IPL Final day of 2024 season, requested the owner to recharge only for Star Sports 1 channel still he denied citing some issues with the cable operator. Not Recommended.

Today I booked room at this hotel Super Oyo Reem residency near to Cochin International airport ,I went to the hotel and the reception guy was really unprofessional and rude ,he was arguing to me ,not polite to the customer ,he looks angry ,He told me that they will charge 250 extra for the stay that directly send to the hotel account not in the Oyo website or online ,I asked him about the discrepancies between Oyo payment balance and price they asking to pay me and the reception guy was misbehaving with arguments and saying they have loss if I pay the same amount to Oyo app and I asked why you not posting correct amount in Oyo website if u want extra amount then he said they have nothing to do with Oyo website and also saying he is having somany years of experience in hotel field and he told me if you want to stay u stay unless go from there ,he crossed my name in the register while I am talking to him and also he said everyone is paying what they ask them to pay them if you want to book or if we allowed you only you stay here unless you go ,my friend don't ever try to book this hotel unless if you want my experience , I was really tired due to travel ,I had such a horrific and scary experience ,I lost my time ,taxi fare and energy to look for another hotel close to airport ,be careful about this hotel .

Very Good hotel near kochi airport hardly 2 km. Rooms were good. Good Service given by the staff. Only Problem was there are few insects which come and attract light at night. Breakfast had chole Bhature and it was really Good.

All good. I felt excellent if they have tie up with a veg restaurant along with non veg hotel as I am a pure vegetarian. Over all excellent. Reception guys were awesome, polite. I must say thanks to them as they made me more comfortable on arrival with pleasant welcome.

I booked this hotel because I wanted to catch early morning flight and this seemed to be a good. But ola/uber prices from this place to airport are in between 500-600, though distance from airport is only 1.7km. My suggestion to people who want cheaper alternative catch auto from here as I did. People who will opt for luxury of ola and Uber will save time of journey to the airport not the money!!!
