Its MaCHaNz PlaCE...d Mngr,Receptionist,Room Boy,Chef,SeCuRiTy & driver cum tour operators are All GooD..d beuty is dat its staffed wid REAL life TriBaLs & some LoCaL heLp.. if u find it hard 2 get der ,dont worry, Its just, hard 2 GeT there..and HarDeR to get BacK to street lights & PainTeD RoaDs.....

Rancho Retreats di SULTHAN BATHERY è una struttura ingannevole, pericolosa e che dovrebbe essere chiusa oltre che segnalata alle autorità locali. È completamente diversa da come appare in foto, dove sembra in legno e invece è un capanno in plastica verniciato, con molte aperture che lo rendono umido ed esposto alle intemperie. La stanza che ci è stata affittata non gode di alcuna privacy, tutto si svolge attorno ad essa, dalla cucina al piccolo patio dove i proprietari mangiano, bevono, fumano. Nella struttura sono presenti due cani di grossa taglia non segnalati, un dobermann e un rottweiler, chiusi in gabbia ma escono per mangiare. Non hanno preso i nostri passaporti, non siamo stati registrati, non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna ricevuta. Manca anche qualsiasi insegna per raggiungere la struttura cosa che ci fa pensare che sia completamente fuori regola. La sera che siamo rientrati abbiamo trovato le due persone che gestiscono la struttura, alcuni loro amici e il presunto proprietario del Rancho fortemente ubriachi, mentre bevevano whisky davanti alla nostra abitazione. Nella stanza dove ci chiedono di spostarci piove letteralmente dentro e sulle prese elettriche. Allego video. Questa non è una struttura che non può ospitare persone che viaggiano, credo sia pericolosa oltre che ingannevole

Rancho Retreats by SULTHAN BATHERY is a deceptive, dangerous establishment and should be closed down as well as reported to local authorities. It is completely different from how it appears in the photo, where it seems to be made of wood and instead it is a painted plastic shed, with many openings that make it damp and exposed to the elements. The room that was rented to us does not enjoy any privacy, everything takes place around it, from the kitchen to the small patio where the owners eat, drink and smoke. There are two unreported large dogs in the facility, a Doberman and a Rottweiler, locked in a cage but coming out to eat. They didn't take our passports, we weren't registered, we didn't get any receipt. There is also no sign to reach the structure which makes us think that it is completely out of order. The evening we returned we found the two people who manage the facility, some of their friends and the alleged owner of the Rancho heavily drunk, while drinking whiskey in front of our house. In the room where they ask us to move it is literally raining inside and on electrical outlets. I attach video. This is not a facility that cannot accommodate travellers, I believe it is dangerous as well as deceptive
