Even this hotel and owner doesn't deserv 1 star... Upon check-in, I was shocked when the owner insisted on an additional payment that was not mentioned during the booking process. It was a clear attempt to extort more money from me. Despite providing proof of my confirmed reservation and the agreed-upon price, the owner adamantly demanded the extra payment, displaying a complete disregard for honesty and integrity. Bottom line is, dont stay at this hotel at any cost.

Want to give 0 review but that option is not available. Better to stay on road rather than booking this hotel. Owner is very rude and denied check in. He was forcing us to pay more money as you booked this hotel in cheap price from goibibo. Also he mentioned how you can book this hotel from goibibo in this price (such a non sense question) Never book this hotel from any platform. He will nither respond to goibibo people or any other platform people.

Owner is so rude. Asking more money for check in. Booked from Goibibo. Waited outside for 2 hrs and he won’t allow to check in. No prompt support from goibibo as well. Book this hotel only if you want to spoils your mood and trip.

Worst Hotel ,disgusting behaviour from owner, service is totally unsatisfied ,Hotel is made to fool people .If you really dont wanna spoil your holidays than Please Stay away from Hotel Park Mount .
