Beware of the third-class hotel with its unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Despite appearances and enticing photos, the reality is far from pleasant. Parking your car there is akin to navigating a circus. It's best to steer clear of this establishment.

The room was spacious but very poor housekeeping service. Cups after use were not cleaned. Rooms were not cleaned. Towels after use were not replaced with washed ones. Tea/coffee/milk powder sachets were not renewed after use. Breakfast was ok.

I recently stayed in a hotel room at Brahma the hotel, and I had a pleasant experience overall. The room was cozy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay during my visit. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth. The only drawback was that the room lacked a mini-fridge, which would have been a convenient addition. Nonetheless, I would recommend this hotel room for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Service was extremely poor. Had to remind at reception multiple times to keep water bottles, towels, toiletries. Even after that they would mess up. Was highly irritating. The breakfast was below average. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Location is also bad. All tourist attractions except for Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary are very far from the location.

The hotel was easily accessible from both ksrtc and private bus stand. The room was very clean with all amenities. The service was excellent. There is enough space for parking and there are many great restaurants nearby which makes it a great choice for your stay at Sulthan Bathery.

We were lucky to get couple of rooms (the final ones available) for our stay as we booked just a week ahead. Stay was only for a day. This is right on the main road in Bathery town so accessibility is a big plus. Now coming to the stay - I was pleasantly surprised by the interiors (hotel and rooms) as these were awesome. They have about 15 rooms but none of them similar but all were marvelous. The materials used inside were of good quality, rooms were quite cosy, had the look of 4-5* ones. Service was courteous with some scope for improvement. I had a chance to meet the owner Mr. Siddharth, a gentleman - he has already made plans to improve the place in the near future. Wishing him all the success. I would definitely recommend this place especially for the value for money.
