Hotel Boban Plaza

It was a very bad experience. We had booked a premium room, but only realized how unpleasant it was when we entered the room. It wasn’t worth the money we paid; it was such a small room. Additionally, the toilet shower wasn’t working, the TV wasn’t working, the light was flickering, and the AC wasn’t cooling. They hadn’t even provided a towel in the toilet. Overall, we were not at all satisfied with the room.

I have never seen this much wrost hotel ever. Auto Rickshaw scamers suggested this hotel for me.that scammers got money here. Never suggest anyone this hotel. This hotel have no amenities. Hot water also jot provided in bathrooms..........

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Pathetic service. We got a room with bad odour and even after asking to spray room freshener, the receptionist yelled at us telling to wait to few more hours. We eventually ended up half of our stay with the bad odour. He didn't even share the wifi password until another guy helped us. The wifi connectivity is only in the reception and not the rooms. Also, they mentioned that an extra bed will be availed at free of cost but when we asked for an extra bed, he denied the free bed. He even told us that parking is available for our bus but when we got there, he told us to park our bus on the 8 feet road. Our whole Kerala trip was wonderful until our last day when we entered this pathetic hotel with shameless receptionists and miserable service.

Third class hotel. Had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. Staff was also unprofessional. Bathroom condition was simply worst. Staff were unresponsive and very arrogant also failed to rectify the situation. I strongly advise not to stay at this hotel.

I'll never recommend u to go to this hotel better spend the night at platform atleast you'll save your money. Hotel staff is so rude, we were three persons having a room, there was only one double bed and they said to arrange an extra bed for 3rd person even they charged for that.But after the booking their behaviour was totally changed.We went in the room and when we asked for the extra bed they provided us a mat and a pillow instead of bed and when I asked to the staff who came in the room to give us that mat and pillow about the bed for that I had been paid, his behaviour was so rude,he was talking so roughly and ready to fight. They doesn't even provide a water bottle if u ask for that u have to pay for that. Room was also not very good. Water was leaking from the tap in bathroom . I just want to say if you don't provide any service to the customer then you should not charge for that. In last, I would say I have been stayed in many hotels and this was my worst experience. I have shared my personal experience but still if wanna go to this hotel then it's your choice. Go for it!! 👍

Very Bad experience. I hope this review help people to clear away from the hotel even by accident while travelling to TVM. The rooms are old and without any maintenance , bathroom fittings are broke and cockroaches rule the entire building. The staff doesn’t mind as they are selling of rooms to local people for alcohol parties and doesn’t care about travelling guests who booked the room. Despite all this they will ask for a hefty 900 Rs rent and will add additional 300-400 Rs for every extra hour, after the first 24 hours, which they will forcibly make you pay when you ask questions. We saw a old lady sitting on the front desk and thought that we will adjust about the cockroaches and other shortcomings but they were adamant for their one extra hour they say we took, such pity people!!
