Hotel Cordial Sopanam

Excellent food and stay. Worth for the money spent. Stayed at Hotel Cordial Sopanam during a business trip with family, and we had a wonderful experience. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention for maintaining the rooms spotlessly clean and fresh every day — truly impressed with their attention to detail. The front desk staff were equally commendable, offering excellent support with a friendly and professional approach throughout our stay. The hotel perfectly balanced comfort for both work and family time. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

We went to buddy lounge. Service is not that great. Even a 3rd grade hotel has far better service. The bartenders don't know much about the available drinks and food. Also, they are busy in doing pep talks with some of the customers instead of attending the customers. For 3 to 4 orders, after taking the order, they came back mentioning the item is not available. Most of the drinks and food items are not available. Strangely a famous vodka brand Magic Moments is not available. The executive lounge is pathetic than some of the local bar. Not worth going there. There are far better options in Trivandrum. Why waste money where you don't get a proper service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—everything from the warm, friendly staff to the clean and comfortable room made it a great experience. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was top-notch. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall welcoming vibe. Very nice rooms. The location is also good- 3 min walk from Railway station. Generally little difficult to get these type of good hotels near rail way station at these price . One bad thing happened is you will hear the sound of DJ from your rooms at nights. It is disturbing if you prefer a calm atmosphere.

Had a good experience staying here! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the overall service was really excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing I felt could be better was the reception service, it was welcoming, still could have improved. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. 😊

I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was consistently good. The food on offer was excellent – a real treat. What stood out most, however, was the exceptional behavior of the staff, especially in the restaurant. They were attentive, friendly, and made the dining experience a joy. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Great place and enjoyed our stay. Since from a late night check in everything went well like welcoming staff, good ambience, neat and hygienic rooms, delicious breakfast. Also they catered us all very well. A special thanks to hotel staff for the awesome service you’ve given. You are really enjoying the job you do and doing it with a grace. I would definitely recommend this place to all.

Memorable Stay at Hotel Cordial Sapnam – Truly Heartwarming Hospitality!|My husband and I visited Trivandrum today for a temple tour and had pre-booked our stay at Hotel Cordial Sapnam. We reached the hotel quite early—around 12 AM—and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received at such an odd hour.|Despite our early arrival, the front desk staff was incredibly understanding. They immediately sensed how tired we were and kindly offered us a room well before the standard check-in time. That small gesture alone made us feel so cared for.|As for food, we were initially concerned since the in-house restaurant was closed due to a wedding being held at the hotel. But then came the real magic of our stay—Mr. Saju. A staff member who went far beyond the call of duty. Instead of simply turning us away or suggesting outside options, he personally took us to the wedding function happening within the hotel—the Managing Director’s daughter’s marriage!|To our amazement, they welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family. We were served a delicious traditional meal, and it felt like we were part of the celebration. This kind of kindness is rare and unforgettable.|The level of care, empathy, and hospitality we received was truly touching. It wasn’t required—but it was genuine, and it came from the heart. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Cordial Sapnam, especially Saju, for making our temple trip even more special.|We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trivandrum—not just for the comfort, but for the people who make it feel like home
