The Central Residency

Stayed in this hotel with my family for a night and it was an amazing experience right from the time of checking in. The guy at the reception mentioned they have upgraded my deluxe room to the suite without additional cost and also placed an extra bed for the 3rd person in my family. I was pleasantly surprised to hear this. Never got this kind of experience in any hotel I stayed so far. The rooms are big and spacious. The food at the restaurant was decent enough and the location is very convenient to move around. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!!

Had a pleasant experience right from Check In till Check Out. The staff at the reception were very courteous and were kind to upgrade my room. The Check in process was fast and smooth. The breakfast spread was good and the food taste was top notch. Only downside was the staff in the restaurant, though courteous, could not understand English so communication was an issue. They have food available for infants as well. In all, a pleasant experience.

Our stay at the Central Residency was pleasant, and went smoothly. Check-in and payment were efficient, and the room was clean. The breakfast buffet was good. (Only minor feedback: I'd recommend the hotel find a better tasting black coffee for breakfast.)

Absolutely satisfied with my stay at The Central Residency. The service, room quality and good quality are very good and this the location is very conveniently located close to the railway station. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a comfortable stay while in Trivandrum.

This hotel is one among the best in its class and prices. Staffs were polite and helpful, room service was excellent, clean tidy rooms with all amenities working. Located at the heart of the city. I came here solo, on an official trip, loved the stay here.

One of the best stays I've had in a long time. The staff were really good especially the room service. They were always available for us. And the breakfast buffet was also good. Overall a great experience. And the location is only a 5 min walk from TVM central railway station.

One of the greatest hospitality i have felt so far in Trivandrum, from the security, reception, cleaning staff each and everyone is so polite. Location is so convenient to go anywhere and reach out from railway station. So happy about there service and hospitality. Thank you very much team😊

I recently stayed at this hotel for two days with my family. I had initially booked an executive room, but at check-in, we were kindly upgraded to a deluxe room at no additional cost, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed a complimentary breakfast, which had an excellent buffet selection. The food quality was great, and while the prices were a bit high, the portions were generous. Some of the dishes we particularly enjoyed were the Chilli Garlic Mushroom, Wheat Parotta, Dal Tadka, Chicken Biryani, and Caesar Salad. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station. However, one downside was the charge for bottled water — they priced it at 50 INR per bottle, and on top of that, they added 9% CGST and 9% SGST, which I felt a bit excessive.
