Bad experience. The behaviour of staff is not good especially at the reception. They didn't provide a blanket for non AC rooms at night. The reception staff behaved as if we had committed an offence and had come to their tourist home to hide from the police.

The place is very good for a family stay, good staff and facilities. The rooms are very cheap and affordable. The Railway station and bus stand is very close. The rooms are affordable.

Really a good place to stay. Very cheap pricing. Do call and book earlier for confirmed room. We got a good 5 bed room for just 950/-. Its very close to KSRTC and Railway station, so, good for layovers. Good staff and rooms. Really good. Would recommend.

Ac was not working and when I complaint about that the staff starts arguing and blaming me that is your fault. And staff is not at good even though I was a permanent customer then also they were not friendly

The hotel has to improve more. We got bad behaviour from the receptionist. We are very disappointed

Clean and neatly maintained tourist home for middle class travellers. Low rent compared to other hotels in Trivandrum. Friendly staff, easily accessible from Railway station and KSRTC bus stand. No restaurants attached to it, but Tea/Coffee and some snacks are prepared and served by themselves. And they are ready to bring parcels from outside hotels as per our orders. Whenever I visit Trivandrum, I used to stay here since 2006. Families are also welcomed.

wonderful Lodge located in trivandrum thambanoor very easy to reach walkable distance from TRIVANDRUM centarl railway station and bus stand

Rooms are good. The service need to improve. Road infront of the toursi home is narrow.
