We had a decent stay. Had to pay extra for hot water. We had some disturbance during night with load speaking has to addressed. Near to railway station. Pls note - best price while booking online rather going directly.

We stayed here for 3 Days came for a marriage/short vacay. If you are looking for a Budget friendly neat and clean hotel with parking facility at Trivandrum Prime location you can blindly go for it.

property location was very good... walkable to central railway station and bus station. calm place. Rooms are good and clean. If you want hot water for bath you need to give extra 20- per bucket and need to wait half an hour. Otherwise service is okay for this price. They will provide only one towel and two soap but blanket you need to carry. Only one charging socket is there in the room. Location is very convenient. Nearby veg restaurants are there.

Atmosphere was bit normal , rooms are ok .neat and clean but cant tolerate the smell inside the room
