Stay was very comfortable and check-in / checkout was very smooth. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and tidy. Attended an event during my stay for which there was buffet lunch. All dishes were very tasty and authentic. Great taste. Only downslide was that during breakfast, most of the trays remain empty and kitchen did not keep up with the demand. That definitely needs to improve.

I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The warm hospitality made me feel right at home, and the food was excellent. I stayed here for two days while attending business meetings, and I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

It's really a pleasant experience to be in this hotel. Rooms are very neat and clean. Receptionists and workers are very disciplined and their care towards us was awful. Restaurant people are also very sweet like the food they provided. Thank you for giving us a great stay

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I booked this hotel for a one-night stay and checked in around 4 pm. We immediately went out for other work and returned around 10 pm, only to find the AC was not working. I called the hotel for assistance, and they sent an unskilled staff member who fiddled with it and told us it would start working soon. We waited — nothing changed. When we complained again, the hotel finally offered to change our room — but by then it was already midnight. The “new” room’s AC was also not working properly. We were extremely tired and had no energy left to argue, so we just tried to sleep. The next morning, we woke up to find the blanket was in shocking condition — filthy, full of stains, and clearly not cleaned. To make matters worse, basic amenities like a dental kit (which were part of the package) were not provided unless we specifically requested them. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing stay: broken facilities, unhygienic bedding, and poor service. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dear Chef, I recently dined at KKM International and ordered the Biryani and Fish meal. While I appreciated the service, the food was average and didn't quite meet my expectations. Both dishes had potential, but could benefit from some improvement.

The rooms were clean & very comfortable, with elegant decor. They went over & beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I recommend Kkm international hotel to anyone for visiting.
