The Heartland Hotel

Room was very nice and neat. One of the best accommodation I have ever had . Front desk person I forgot that person name he is very calm and cooperative. Kudos to reception team and watchman is always smiling and welcoming. I would suggest to other tourists also this place. Thanks to HL team which made my trip smooth and hassle free.

This hotel do not provide dedicated wifi for each room. Their internet goes on disconnecting every 3 Min. I felt like I am in 1996 era when a web page would take ages to load. No TV as well. Even after complaining, they did not solve the problem.

Worst Reception staff behaviour. We booked and came but said no booking is visible there.Then when I have booking id then they accepted. He told staff is cleaning and waited almost 45 min and he said it may take 1:30 min .We cancelled booking and came and booked another hotel instead .

The room was clean and well-maintained, but the service was not up to the mark. They don't provide an GST bill if we book via Agoda, so for business officials, those who want a GST added bill for reimbursement pls don't select this hotel.

Unacceptable Experience: No Water and Unresponsive Staff on July 13th I booked a room for someone at this hotel on July 13th. They checked into Room 309 at 9:10 PM. They had traveled from Kalady a day early to accompany their son for an important interview scheduled this morning. Unfortunately, the water supply to their room abruptly stopped at 7:40 AM on July 14th. As of 8:45 AM, the issue was still unresolved. Despite numerous attempts to contact the front desk by phone, there was no response. They even went to the reception in person multiple times, but no action was taken. This unacceptable delay forced their wife, son, and them to leave the hotel to find another facility, which was incredibly inconvenient and stressful—especially on such a crucial day for their son. Adding to the frustration, we contacted Agoda for compensation, but they informed us there has been no response from the hotel. This situation caused significant distress to their family. They urge the management to address this issue seriously to prevent other guests from experiencing similar disruptions and to respond to compensation requests.

Rooms are really dirty, no proper housekeeping service, bathroom cleanliness is pathetic and moreover staffs with an attitude as if we are staying at the hotel for free and they are doing us a favor by letting us stay. Would never recommend this hotel!

Rooms clean but, we need request for everything, no restaurant, no value for money products in room, 2.8k per Room no value, no tea or coffee facility, no hanger no mat near bathroom etc etc No breakfast.

Located very close to the KSRTC bus stand, the central railway station in Trivandrum, this hotel is also close to Padmanabhaswamy temple complex. Had a pleasant stay. The staff are polite and cater to your needs.
