Vinayaka Regency

I had a very disappointing experience at Vinayak Regency Hotel during my stay. I booked an AC room and was charged accordingly, but the AC was not functioning. When I brought this issue to the reception, they casually mentioned that the remote for the AC was not available, which is completely unacceptable for a paid service. To make matters worse, the staff at the reception were unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concern, they were laughing and chatting amongst themselves, blatantly ignoring my complaints. Their behavior showed a lack of basic customer service and courtesy. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you expect responsive staff and the amenities you pay for. This experience was frustrating and fell far below acceptable standards.

Worst Experience when stayed with family for the price they charge. Booked 3 rooms and all the rooms happened to have one or other issues.Very poor response from the manager, even after complaint.Check for the facilities in the room before you check in. 1. No hot water in all the rooms provided. The hot water taps weren't functioning in all the rooms. This was informed and shown to the staff and wasn't repaired. My complaints went unheard .Finally, shifted to other rooms after ensuring. 2. Bathroom poorly lit. Took a shave in bad light... 3. All remotes not functioning or without battery. 4. No restaurant./ morning tea. 5. Wifi was provided free, but with disrupted connectivity..

I’ve stayed at this hotel before in Room 217 with my family and didn’t face any issues with the check-in process. This time, however, I had a very disappointing and distressing experience. After a long, tiring journey, I arrived expecting a smooth check-in, especially as a returning guest. After signing the check-in register, the receptionist treated my wife with disrespect, jumping to hurtful and unfounded conclusions. No guest should be made to feel this way. I hope the hotel management addresses this incident, ensuring all staff are trained to treat guests with respect and professionalism

I stayed in this place with my family. The rooms were very clean and service was good. The T V in our was not working. Apart from this, it was worth for the money.

I stayed at Vinayaka Regency for 20 days and am deeply grateful for the exceptional hospitality and safety provided by the hotel staff. As a single woman, it was initially challenging to stay in a hotel for such an extended period, but Vinayaka Regency made the experience comfortable and secure. The room was clean and well-maintained, and all services were excellent. Thank you so much for the outstanding service.

Not satisfied with there service.Rooms are good but compare with price,price are high.Trivendrum railway station 5 minutes walking distance.KSRTC bus stand was 4 minutes walking distance.Many Veg and Non vegetarian hotels available near this.

Very disspapoiniting.. Earlier,service was good that made me chose the same place again. But this time it was pathetic. No hot water, no working remote, Bedsheets torn.

There were musty smell coming from the corridors,The bathroom was a disaster, with mold in the shower and broken fixtures,the bedsheets were not cleaned properly and had stains on the sheets and the carpet, the staffs were very arrogant and refused to provide proper services,poor lighting, water heater wasn't working, tv remote was also broken,the fans were not working alltogether it was a horrible experience.The only good thing about this place is that it's near to the railway station.
