Hotel Libra

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and feel genuinely deceived by their handling of charges. When I arrived in the morning, I asked the receptionist for the rate of a one-night stay, and I was told it would be ₹3200. I agreed to that rate, and no other terms or special instructions were shared with me. Assuming their checkout time would be standard (around 12 noon, as is common in most hotels), I stayed until 11:45 AM the next day. However, at checkout, I was shocked to be told that I had to pay for two nights. When I explained that I was clearly quoted a one-night rate and never informed about any earlier checkout time or additional charges, their justification was that they had tried calling my room in the morning. I wasn’t even in the room at that time, so I never received any such call—and regardless, important billing information like this should be clearly communicated at check-in, not left to a missed room call. This felt like a deliberate attempt to mislead. There was no clarity, no warning, and no transparency in their communication. I urge future guests to be extremely cautious when dealing with this hotel. Always ask for written confirmation of the checkout time and any extra charges. I do not recommend staying here unless they improve their honesty and guest communication.

Unprofessional and Rude Staff – Very Disappointed My experience at Hotel Libra was completely ruined by the attitude of the staff. From the moment I checked in, they were cold, unfriendly, and seemed totally uninterested in helping guests. Simple requests like room cleaning, extra towels, or directions were met with eye-rolls or delays. What shocked me most was the lack of basic courtesy. The front desk staff barely greeted anyone and acted like they were doing us a favor by answering questions. I even witnessed them arguing with another guest instead of calmly resolving the issue. That’s not how you treat paying customers. Hospitality is supposed to be about making people feel welcome — unfortunately, Hotel Libra’s staff failed miserably at that. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone expecting decent service.

Terrible Experience: Not Recommended. The room service was very bad. The AC in our room was not functioning properly and there was no fan also. Despite our repeated complaints the hotel management did nothing to alleviate our concerns. We couldn't get proper sleep at night and to make matters worse, loud music and partying was going on late into the night which created a chaotic atmosphere. We had to shift to another room because of the nuisance caused by these hooligans. Overall, it was a disappointing stay. Wouldn't recommend this place to families or anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

Not from around here but if I feel there is place I can vibe and be myself it’s definitely sky bar of libra hotel. Hyderabad has places that’s amazing but this is a place I chose and will always chose. Friendly staff and a simple Ambience make this place where you want to vibe and chill. Thank you for being my go to place !! Good food good vibe is rare commodity

Hi I was regular customer was there i admitted that i used have liquor from your esteemed Property. But i have me an unexpected experience from the Bar team they hand hold my official bag and tried to check it with out my concern I am requested to the SMT team plase have a look on the Cctv footage on today 20-04-25

So the bar quality is actually nice, but the bar service is really bad. I'm someone who bad hop all the time, and comparatively the bar service is actually really bad... You'll have to call the serving staffs a thousand times to make them serve ur orders.. And this is not the first time it is like this here... So everything's good except for the service. Compared to the other bars in trivandrum, you can find other good bars for this rate and ambiance as well as service.

I visited the rooftop bar of Hotel Libra. I had the best time with the the ambience, the drinks , the servers everything contributed to us having such a good time. I will not talk about any negetives though there have been some .
