The Ruby Arena

We were a group of 3 ladies, my elderly mother and my 30 yr daughter. We got a deluxe double room which turned out to be more spacious ,since we needed to put an extra bed for the 3rd person. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread has many dishes, mostly Kerala dishes, which was what we wanted! ( Why eat anything else when in Kerala?) Location also was very convenient to get cabs as it was on the main road. In all, i would stay there again next time I'm there.

We had conducted our Onam celebration and the experience was outstanding….All the staffs ,Services and facilities were too good…I will always prefer this place .This is the fourth time I am organising the event here…every time they make it so special for us….All the staffs are very supportive and especially Mr.Arun.Thank you so much…

An Unforgettable Birthday Celebration - Thank You! We recently hosted our daughter's first birthday celebration at Hotel Ruby Arena, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. I had a disappointing experience with the hotel staff regarding a basic request. When I called the help desk late at night and again in the morning to ask for a bottle of chilled water, I was told by the help desk and restaurant staff that chilled water is only available before the hotel bar closes at night and again only after it opens at 11 AM in the morning. This response was both unhelpful and unreasonable, especially considering that chilled drinking water should be available to guests at any time, regardless of the bar's operating hours.

My father's 70th birthday celebration at Hotel Ruby Arena was an unforgettable experience. The staff's professionalism and attention to detail, made the event truly special. The food was superb, and the hall was impressive. We're thankful to the Manager Mr. Arun and the entire Hotel Ruby Arena team for making our family's celebration so memorable.

I have arranged my daughters wedding engagement in the mini hall of this hotel. All the arrangements were very nice. The food supplied was also excellent. The staffs were very courteous. I would like to appreciate the services of Mr.Arun Das for arranging this function in a very nice way.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel regarding a lost item. I had left my wireless earbuds in the room and just an hour after checkout, I received a notification that they had been switched on — the location clearly showed they were still at the hotel. I immediately called the hotel, since I had already left Trivandrum by then. They told me they had checked the room and couldn’t find anything, and that the cleaning had already been completed. I insisted that the earbuds were definitely there and must have been found by the housekeeping staff, as the device was last opened from within the property. Still, they claimed they spoke to the cleaning team and that no one knew anything about it. It was frustrating because the last location showed the device was inside the hotel, yet I received no real support or follow-up. I expected more accountability and responsibility from the staff. This experience left a really bad impression, and I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious with their belongings here.

We recently arranged our friend's get together party at Ruby Arena, Medical college. Food and arrangements were nice. It was an amazing and memorable event.. Thank u for the entire team, special thanks to Mr. Arun.
