OYO Home 81801 Akash Villa

Do not expect it to be a luxury. But its a very clean and decent place where rooms are decent. Not suitable if you are coming for a vacation. But amazing for business trips. Service was good. Owner was well behaved and explained everything very well. Its a 3- bhk flat where you will get a single room. We will get a common kitchen and living area. There is no wifi here.

Rooms are clean and tidy. But don't expect any luxury. It's more like an affordable place for middle class. Decent bathroom. The Tv was not working. Have a parking facility and smoking area. Overall Decent service.

I stayed there for 4 days and these are my feedback. Pros Clean room and bathroom. Kitchen area (limited). Dining table available. Cons The property manager (the warden, libi) is rude. His rules include not going out after 9 pm. 😝 Don't sit on dinning table unless you are eating. Do not put washed cloths in corridor (he says inspector will come to check 😂) Cannot use kitchen for cooking, can only use plates. For your kind information its not the entire villa that you get, you will get just a room (3 rooms total) in a floor.

We spent 2nights here and i must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel was near to medical college but it easy for others also who came for visiting tvm. I would recommend this hotel to others. The room service and facilities are enough for couples and family. The service provided by the receptionist was also too good👍👍

The best experience when it comes to homestay in Trivandrum. It is our first choice of stay when it comes to staying in Trivandrum. There is easy accessibility to most of the major important destinations in the city. The customer service is really appreciable. The rate is affordable. The rooms are well maintained, neat and tidy. Highly recommended place of stay. It is a 10/10 stay for us.

The rooms will not be very luxury. But they are well maintained, very neat and clean. The villa is located a little bit inside from side road. While we were there, we struggled a lot to identify the villa.

If you're looking for a place to stay when you're in Tvm, look no where else, Akash villa is the best place to stay. I have stayed twice with them and tbh, when I'm in tvm, I don't look anywhere else. The staff is friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. The only downside to Akash villa is that it gets booked quite fast.

It's a nice place to stay. Guest friendly.Very clean and hygienic. Nice staff and best behavior. Good location and a safe parking place for two wheeler..
