Rooms are quite good also gives little sitting area for two people on couch. The bathroom is also spacious enough. The waiters are polite here. Parking facility is being provided in the backyard of the hotel. Don't have any complaints.

It is a good place to stay .from here you you can't access your food from outside of this hotel but you can bring some food before entering and if you don't want to bring food with the food prepared at the hotel will be also good. I ate a special thali it was really special.

O2 rooftop restaurant is a best restaurant in the locality With huge space, Awesome ambience, Delicious food, Reasonably priced & Courteous staff. Manager Mr.Mukesh Rai is a courteous & concerned person. It's a best place for dinner date, family gatherings & one can also host kitty parties, birthdays, anniversaries, engagements etc as they have huge space on rooftop itself. I visit this place frequently as it's nearby to my home, not overcrowded & serves delicious food.

One of the worst experience in this hotel . firstly they allowed us for party in afternoon we do all the arangements and in the evening when we reach they simply say "NO", they take there words back especially SUMIT JAID he flipped from his word and spoil our whole celebration. Never trust any of the employee from this hotel and never trust on there words.

Hotel is good... Clean.. May stay with family or single Need improvement in customer service. Drinking water not available here so I ordered mineral water bottles .

Some staffs were friendly but others were really arrogant. Rooms were not cleaned properly had to request the servants for doing that. Otherwise, rooms were spacious.

Hotel was under construction and there was no facility for us to manage the things and no food to eat. owner was also a liar. Very bad experience. I will not recommend this hotel

Hotel infrastructure : very Good Maintenance: very Good Food: Average Location : main road Reception staff need to be more receptive On call response not good from restaurant Overall good stay
