OYO 818568 Hotel Oriental

I had a very bad experience from this hotel. First of all the staff or manager whatever he was... He doesn't know how to treat the customer. I booked 2 days before the day I was supposed to check and when I reached the hotel that person started telling us a different rate which was double from the price I booked. He was not ready to accept his fault rather started telling me different rates . Very bad people. No one should visit this hotel . I even heard from a girl who was staying in that hotel she was telling him to clean the room since morning but they didn't bother to listen to her.

Strongly suggest you not to stay at this hotel..this was closest hotel from my exam centre trinity so i booked room online for 600 rs. And they also sent confirmation text for room booking but after reaching hotel they asked for 2500rs..even after charging extra charges room was smelling too bad..we talked with other family staying there too and they also faced same issue..we had no choice as it was nearest to exam centre so we decided to stay also it was late to search for any other hotel. No room service was provided by them.Worst experience ever🤧

worst hotel ever, I booked this hotel through OYO . Even after confirming my stay few hours before the check-in time , they still denied me check-in and asked for extra cash to confirm check-in. It was a frustrating experience and wasted nearly my 1 hour of precious time. The location was Also not good.

The hotel denied to give check-in at night 11 PM, we have booked it online and while calling no body received the call from reception for 4 hours. And after reaching the hotel they denied.
