Dirty and tored linens, phone without any connection, zero cleanliness, overcharging for water also, television doesn't work, no warm water supply in winter, overall a pathetic hotel in the prime location

I was stayed here near about 40-45 days in 1 year of my project work. When I was new that time every thing was fine. But after some time the behavior of staff changed. I think they should improved room service, cleanness and staff behavior. After all we can say that good for low budget l.

Well, well: OYO authorised this hotel?! (Lodge) to operate else I wouldn't have chosen this property. A cute and cosy but rundown place like every non rated accommodation facility. Was made to wait at the reception (on arrival at 18 hrs) 6 hours after the actual check in time @ 12 noon. Firstly, the counter staff was totally confused with my booking. Had he not shown me his tablet PCs screen, I would have been denied accommodation despite my confirmed and reconfirmed (by OYO) reservation. The Reception staff did not want to look at my booking screenshot at all. Puzzling though They shuttled between 3 floors for about 30 minutes before settling me into a 1st floor room at last. The towel in the room was TORN in the middle and it took another 15 minutes to replace it. No soaps and shampoos were available and after asking for them only a soap was provided. Not even couple of hanging hooks in the bed room. TV was only displaying a single channel. Remotes were nonresponsive. The intercom was working but the person answered as ROOM SERVICE when actually I dialled for RECEPTION. Though the call was well handled good for my Enquiry. Good pressure of clean & cold water (the only relief overall) for a nice shower. I just didn't risk ordering from the in house kitchen for food (except for a tea alone). Just another lodge but tagged under OYO! :(

Value for money at the price offered. Couldn't have asked for more at 440 per night. Located at heart of city with easy approach. Old hotel with little renovation done. Rooms was luckily not damp nor with bad odour. Although missed Oyo claim of Spot On as the sheets, pillow & covers had lot of spots. Bathroom was tiny and old fashioned. But still at its price more than value for money.

Checked in on Feb 11th morning (for a day) checked three rooms and selected one. Quite an average lodge kind of hotel. Beds and room was moderate. On entering room cigarette smell was obvious. Ambiance could be better. Hotel location of MP nagar was convenient. In complimentary breakfast choice of aloo paratha/paratha and tea was offered. Staff was helpful. Actual cook was not available on first and even on second day in breakfast time. Though breakfast tasted good. For next day breakfast we moved to nearby veg joint 'Bapu ki Kutia'. Overall for hotel nothing negative but neutral. Better upkeep/maintenance can bring good customers.||We paid 1553 for Non-AC double, found it wasn't worth that much. Stayzilla could not transfer booking amount to hotel. We received numerous calls from stayzilla for the same. Hope stayzilla will improve on technical front.||Again nothing negative for anything/agency. Those who want recurring business has to improve.||Using TripAdvisor extensively for multiple things and believe in leave guide for others travelers.

There is a very good facility available at very cheap prices. My room was very clean and beautiful. There was a good system for sleeping. Everything was neat and clean. I did not have to face any kind of problem. I got everything here at very low prices. I would like to recommend to you on behalf of yourself

One of the bad experience I have had.Best part of this hotel is veg thali only.Try to improvise the ambience of every room. Rooms are very closed and congested No air ventilation.
