Here’s a balanced 3-star family hotel stay review (appreciation + scope for improvement): --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our family stay was comfortable overall. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient. However, the room amenities and cleanliness could have been better, and the service was sometimes slow. Food was decent A good option for a short stay.

It was my first visit to Bhopal & got this hotel booked though online platform.. which anyways was recommended by my local Staff residing at Bhopal.. hospitality of the hotel is amazing.. old but well groomed staff.. Specially Sunny Singh who’s present at the front desk to welcome you with his pretty smile.. trust he’s such a talented Guy knows how to take care of their guests.. every time I entreated the hotel he use to check if my stay was comfortable or I need anything so that he can serve us.. I would like to extend all my thanks to Sunny Singh our making my stay a memorable one..

I stayed with this hotel from 3rd to 5 th July 2025. Overall, I am not very happy with hotel services. Firstly, breakfast options in buffet are very limited. Further, breakfast time is from 7.30 am onwards but all the food items get ready till 8 am. So, they don't respect the time allocated fro breakfast. Secondly, the room service persons are not polite and always angry saying that they have other orders to deliver as well. Every time the same excuse. If that is an issue than room service shouldn't be meant. Thirdly, food quality is mediocre level. It can further be improved in terms of taste and presentation. Concerning the reception staff and manager Mr Jahangir, they are quite professional and I am happy with that part. Also from room service the room service person, Shivam, is also professional and polite towards all guests. Overall, services should be improved and I feel that if all the points are considered , the overall experience as a guest would be definitely much better.

I was in Bhopal for a short official trip and my customers had recommended Nisarga. This is a lovely hotel and strategically set up in zone 1, M P Nagar, at closer proximity to commercial offices/media houses. The hotel is very clean, hygienic and well maintained with decent ambience and amazing delicacies. Mr.Sunny Singh & Ms.Suruchi at the reception are wonderful hosts who go that extra mile to make your stay comfortable and memorable. My heartfelt gratitude and good wishes to the entire team... The front desk, the kitchen staff, the housekeeping/concierge and other silent workers who make this hotel a better place!!

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to assist. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The food was delicious, and the service at the restaurant was excellent. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again.

I stayed here for 4 days to appear for my examinations. All I wanted was a hassle- free stay and mental peace to study. This place provided it all. They defined hospitality for me by their small gestures, for example they had warm breakfast ready for me by 7 AM, they provided iPad charger when mine broke down late at night, booked cabs in early morning when I was busy doing my last minute read. Their rooms and bathrooms are well-designed and well - maintained with immaculate housekeeping. They serve majorly North Indian and Chinese cuisine which is hearty as well. I would like to enjoy their hospitality once again.

I really am happy with the services provided by hotel. I specially want to thank Mr. Sunny Singh for great help and support. Other staff is also good. Limited 5 to 6 variety of breakfast but IT WAS REALLY TASTY. Breakfast starts from 7.30 am to 10.30 am but if in case you are late …they wait for you and serve you well. I was late for breakfast for cpl of days.. They served even after 11. Really happy with hotel services. Thankyou Sunny Singh ji

The food & hospitality is very good... The room service is awesome... Specially, Mr. Santosh Kumar Yadav is a very nice & humble person for room service... His prompt attention & service made my guest feel very happy... Keep the good work going👍🏼
