This hotel is not at all suitable for a family or a corporate person to stay, the advertisement is so good that you will not be able to tolerate its reality, the room is not good, the room facilities are the worst and in the name of service you are just looted, If you come here with your family or for corporate work, then the environment of this hotel will cause serious harm to your mentality. So choose your stay hotel own your risk.

One of the most dirty hotel I have been to. The rooms are smelly and there are soo many cockroaches in there. The bedsheets are dirty. The bathroom is pathetic as well. Only the lobby looks nice. The services are very slow and the room has no amenities. No towel , no water bottle, to dental kit, no cups . In short there is nothing, they are charging you money for nothing.

Nice hotel at very easily accessible location and stay here with complete peace of mind. Well mannered staff with quick response and action. Nice to stay here and will prefer to visit again

The only thing good about the hotel (actually a blot in the name of hotel), was it's location. The room linen was dirty, staff un cooperative and misleading. No provision for food, despite the site stating availability. Zomato/Swiggy delivery boys were not allowed to deliver at the rooms. I've been using OYO since years but this was my worst experience!

Worst hotel ever stayed in. For me the experience is like you name it and Hotel has issues in it - 1. First allocated me the room in which AC was making noise (Room no. 322) and was noisy enough to not allow you even to talk. They changed the room. Now here onwards am talking about the new room. 2. Dirty bathroom, shower head had only few pores open. 3. Intercom (phone) wasn't working. Later resolved. 4. We headed out of room some 4 times, and every time after returning I had to wait some 15minutes to enter the room as the access card didn't work ever. Some staff opened the room everytime. 5. I asked for extra blanket and waited some 45 minutes (requested the reception too after housekeeping didn't bring) and finally went to sleep, and blanket never arrived. 6. Food was expensive, didn't even try. Don't stay!!

Had a pleasant one-night stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. Great value for a short visit; would definitely consider staying again.

It was the worst experience of my life I am regretting of booking from oyo it was my biggest mistake I won't suggest anybody else to face the issue as I have faced in that so called property owned by oyo townhouse really the worst and worst I would just like to say kindly change old staff whole management and if possible change the whole processing unit of your current team even who is maintaining that property. I kindly request who ever is reading my feedback or rating whatever it is called kindly look into it and in future no guest has to face this kind of worst nightmare kind of experience kindly I ask I am management to do something about that thing. I am not asking for any sort of refund or anything but please keep in mind in suggesting future properties if ever I will book in future from your website or application I would highly recommend please don't give me this kind of experience.
