I have not like anything about property.. As property owner not accepting our booking even we have pain money in 1 Month advanced.. They are very rude and fraudster people who make fraud with other people.. we have coming from 1000 km with family believe that booking.com has given us confirmation but they reject booking.com confirmation booking by saying we don’t have any booking from this site when clearly we have confirmation no. Nd even booking.com customer told them but they don’t listen to them also.. we have go through mental disturbance due to this because our 2 year kid my wife waiting outside for 2 hr and they dint offer any thing.. worst possible hotel for booking.. I request booking.com to remove this hotel from their site as they are fraudster.

Very pathetic must avoid hotel no hot water in bathroom Even the stafff is non professional pillow were torn pillow cover dirty room service phone was broken Tv not working And irrespective of charging us for breakfast The breakfast was not ready tilll 8 am we had to leave hotel without break breakfast the gallery of hotel was stained with pan masala Mr Garg is non professional the hotel is must avoid

Very poor restaurant service no water served till 3 hours ,no hot water in tap, no towels given as per guest,no handtowel available no toilet paper worst experience overall hotel staff and receptionist guy behaviour is soo rude. All rooms are very dirty.parking condition is very bad. I SUGGEST ALL TRAVELERS NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL

Hotel location is good and looks nice form outside. The service is not that good though. The rooms are not properly cleaned. We opted for Deluxe room with breakfast. They charge a lot as compared to the services. Room was spacious but bathroom was not clean and hot water was not coming. Breakfast had just 2-3 items and was disappointing. Do not recommend for more than 1 night stay

Upscale Hotel with good staffs** Booked though OYO and hence got a room at the back of the hotel, without any window. So, if you looking for a good, upscale hotel, then it would be a good idea to book it directly and not through OYO! The rooms are big, moderately clean, with a flat-screen TV. The bathrooms are big and clean. The staffs are courteous and friendly and they are eager to solve any of your issues or concerns or problems.
