Worst ever pathetic experience residing at this hotel for 2 days. I booked AC room for 2 days online. They denied me the AC room when i had already paid in advanced online. They gave me worst room number 302. It was smelling a lot. Was nit cleaned properly. Water was coming inside from roof and walls. Overall I would have gave them - 10 rating.

"Absolutely Dreadful Stay at OYO Hotel O Royal in Gwalior, MP I recently booked a stay at the OYO Hotel O Royal in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, and it was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived for check-in, the service was completely subpar. First, the front desk staff tried to charge me an additional fee for the air conditioning in my room, even though I had booked a room that was advertised as having AC. I ended up having to pay this extra charge just to get the AC, which ended up not even working properly. The staff only ran the AC for 1-2 hours per day, making the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy. The room itself was in poor condition, with obvious cleanliness issues. It did not appear that the room had been properly cleaned before my arrival. The hotel's overall level of service and maintenance was definitely subpar and well below the standard I would expect, even for a budget hotel. The staff were also very rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. They seemed disinterested in addressing any of the issues I raised about the room and the AC not functioning. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at the OYO Hotel O Royal in Gwalior to look elsewhere. This hotel provided an extremely disappointing and unsafe experience that I would not wish on any traveler. Save your money and find a better accommodation option in the area."

Third class property , pic of the hotel shown on the Oyo app. Are min .ten year old . Now the hotel is in worst condition. I asked for water and glass the receptionist told me we don't have. I leave the hotel in ten minutes and I asked for refund they refused it. Pls. It's my personal advice don't book hotel online.

I stayed at for 3 days and had a terrible experience. The room and washroom were dirty, and staff never cleaned the room during my stay. Staff were unavailable when needed, there was no food service, and the AC was only on at night. I do not recommend this hotel. Mat he jana bhai ye hotel me na aap ko roti milni naa cleaning na na achi service

fake pictures and no way to connect customer care 1) Pictures of hotels are different from post pictures 2) Hotels charge extra amount even after checked in with full payment 3) Being a Wizard member no support 4) there is no way to give a review to stayed hotel, Oyo app reviews are fake, check on Google reviews before booking 5) worst and scammest are both services provided by the listed hotel and Oyo self. Beware Guys!!

This hotel is a fraud when you go there they will say that they don't accept bookings through Oyo and will ask to cancel online booking and book offline there itself to get extra money. The person sitting on reception is such an arrogant person who will give you nightmare. If at the end you agree to book offline they will show you rooms which are not even close to images shown on Oyo. Even free dharamshalas have better room cleanliness then the rooms here. For girls specially not recommended at all you will feel creepy there no sense of security.

Worst place to stay. You can't stay here for free as well. Even water bottle or jug is not provided. You have to go and take it from the water cooler on the first floor in you own bottle. Fan is also not clean. No water, no service, nothing. No lift. Poor smelly bed sheet, pillow cover. Capital O hotel Royal Inn ka naam copy karke Google pe Capital O Hotel Royal In rakh liya hai or logon ko confuse Kiya hua hai
