Had an exceptional stay at Hotel Vijan Palace! The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The food was outstanding, with a special mention of the breakfast spread - the menu was vast and delicious! The service was top-notch, thanks to Mr. Ravindra, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. His friendly and attentive nature made us feel right at home. It is mid budget average hotel as room are very old, no renovation since long. Best part of the hotel is breakfast in they serve plenty of food variety with good taste.

Dear Hotel Vision Palace Team, I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and I would like to share my feedback. The reception staff (Sneha Ma'am, Preeti Ma'am & Akhilesh ji) were excellent in coordinating and provided great service. However, I noticed that some of the working staff (housekeeping, etc.) seemed a bit rude and unresponsive to instructions given by the reception team. Improving their communication skills and ensuring they align with the hotel's service standards would further enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dur k dhool sahane hote hai 3rd class service. Please first try to another hotel in jabalpur. Rooms are also old 1995 type 5 Tyme calling after given response Sppocateted room , Hot water not coming Dur k dhool Actual cost of room 600 like that But compulsory teken 1600.

Worst place to stay, worst management, rude staff First they tell you less charge but when you go for check out they changed much higher amount. And top of all they will turn from their words. So just don't trust anyone's words and keep proof of everything that they told you.

Hotel Vijan Place is good place for service,rooms .I stay here last 4 years and thanks to all staff to serve best service . Break fast awesome...........
