The owner is kind and treats the guests really good, Mr. Radhika Prasad a staff out there is the best and the rest are the worst. The front desk person’s behaviour is not what you expect in a hotel. Food is good and so is the service. But the man at the reception is surely responsible to put off the guests with bad and poor vibes.

Hotel Roopali has convenient location. We had 4 rooms for 9 adults for 2 days. Very near to railway station. Ambiance is okay commensurate with price. Rajan pillay the manager very civilized and polite. Food was good. Had interaction with owner about shortcomings. He said upgradation is on cards and will take cognizance at that time. Overall I can give 3.5 to 4 stars out of 5

Average rooms, but not recommend to take food here if you are Jain becoz they serve Veg & Non-Veg both type of foods from same kitchen.

A very good destination away from home. Very homely and sincere staff. Prices are also very reasonable. Heavily recommended.

I visited this hotel on 24th November to 26th November. Rooms are good. Just 5 min from jabalpur station. Hotel staffs behavior is good. Hot water is not available for all time.

A decent family restaurant, with good food and service. They make delicious sizzlers. And service is quite fast. If you are looking for a place for family get together, I'd definitely recommend Roopali. And if you are not so fond of spicy food then too this place is a must visit. It's been years since this place has been the first preference for family retreats by many locals.
